Stayed here on a school skiing trip for 1 week, The rooms were average, beds comfy, bathroom had no shower curtain and the head of the shower was next to the taps instead of being on the top? The food in the hotel was also average and we had 3 meals a day and portions were medium size with desert... More

Not great. Terrible food and in the rooms no cleaning ever done no sheets ever changed ever when one had blood from a nose bleed and the other ear wax. Lazy. Hair in food. Staff were never around or doing anything apart from the waiters. I'm not saying it was all bad and the price is decent and the skis... More

Stayed here on school trip in a room which was barely big enough for two beds, but which had 3 beds crammed in, leaving very little room to move around. Bathroom was dirty, no towels were provided except for a bath mat which wasn't changed all week, despite being used every day. Bath surround was very mouldy and the room... More

The food wasn't made to standard eg hair within the food, getting approximately three items of food on your plate.Bed sheets not being changed in the space of a week, having a broken door that you had to try several times to unlock the door, having a broken lift and not having very good facilities.

Well where do I start, warm welcome and shown to our room by manager Fay. Clean room with balcony, bath and shower head. Booked with crystal but felt more like SkiBound with the hotel staff. Best bar man by far is Rory, nothing is too much for him, promotion for him is needed! Other staff to name a few were... More

I saw some previous reviews of this hotel and was a bit concerned. Perhaps it's under new management but we experienced very little of the negative views expressed. I was there with my daughter over the New Year week for skiing. Not a lot of snow but I can't blame the hotel for that! Given the cost of the hotel... More

We went here to find rooms bearable but only cleaned once during our week of skiing. Security was bad with doors often held open. School children often take over all public spaces with teachers 'having a rest' instead of supervising properly. Location is excellent and is the only good thing about this place. Food was worse than any school dinner... More

The Belle Aurore is a budget hotel targeted at UK schools. The hotel is situated in the central part of the town where there are several shops and activity places including an ice rink, a tennis court, a swimming pool and a sport center. The hotel is a two minute walk from the ski carriage which is incredibly useful and... More

Thank you for your open and honest review of the hotel. We are really pleased with the hotel and its location in the middle of the resort and with a great view from the front. We are sorry that you had problems with the power, we will look into this over the summer. We have had lots of feedback on... More

I came with my school this month, I didn't expect 5 star luxury or fine dining cuisine of course. It was a 3 star hotel (I believe) and was actually ok. The food could improve although as you weren't given a choice on what you ate, there are quite afew shops in the village nearby including a Spar supermarket, an... More
