I've waited a couple of weeks hoping for feedback off Crystal, sadly none has arrived. Lots of minor annoyances about this chalet to bear in mind. The walk to Town is a good 15 to 20 minutes, and the walk to the ski shop is also 20 mins all uphill. In a morning to ski, best to walk 5 mins...

The chalet is nice enough, pretty clean, spacious with good facilities. Chalet hosts this season are neither God's gift to cooking nor hugely invested in their roles but they're generally pleasant enough (had worse chalet hosts, but had better as well). Unfortunately a relatively small problem happened very early on during our trip which really could and should have been...

So the chalet is about a 20 minute walk from the town. The Crystal ski hire shop was a tough 20 minute walk uphill which was a little bit of a pain. Steve the rep kindly gave is a lift to return the skis which was very nice. The rooms were not huge but large enough for what we needed....

We stayed here New Years 2016 into 2017 for a week. Anna and Rufus were fantastic hosts - 5 star service, incredible food, relaxed atmosphere and they tolerated our antics! Breakfast was varied and flexible and the food ready off the hill skiing was ideal. Dinner time was fantastic with a huge range of food and 3 courses each night...

Stayed here Christmas week, the opening week for the chalet. We were eagerly greeted being the first guests to arrive. Pleased with our room very clean, comfy bed and very warm had to turn radiators down and often off. Great jacuzzi and sauna for those sore and aching legs. Fortunate to be with a good set of guests but noise...

Anna and Rufus made us very welcome and were excellent hosts. They went to lots of trouble in serving lactose alternatives. Had a lovely stay over Christmas. The chalet was very clean and tidy. They were always friendly and helpful. Elly and Lou say thank you too! We would definitely go back if they were still the hosts!

We stayed at Chalet Les Sorbiers in January 2016 and had the worst experience possible. After a few days of less than satisfactory food, it came to our attention that the kitchens were extremely unsanitary and that we were being served food from filthy fridges and shelves that were covered in mouldy food. This was only discovered on the chalet...

I have never eaten out of a dumpster before. But I would imagine the food is fresher, healthier and tastier. An ambience made up drunken vagabonds scrambling around said dumpster might also be more appealing than a bunch of food poisoned, ripped off ski holiday package victims. Three tiers of management failed to address some serious problems with this entire...

The chalet food was simply horrendous. The two chalet hosts appeared to not even to care. They locked the kitchen and didn't even restock the continental breakfast before their day off. We ate out for more nights (at additional expense) as the food was awful, no vegetables and even served a 'bruschetta' with stale I toasted bread/raw onions and measly...

The worst holiday and health scare ever! My husband, daughter and partner stayed here for a week skiing with Crystal. We were greeted after a long journey by Jack and Tom trying to tidy up! Things did not seem quite right but was not thinking the worst then. From the balcony the view of the hot tub with scattered empty...
