We arrived at the chalet to a warm welcome from Fergus and his team. Our room had not been refurbished, so was a little tired but spacious with a balcony and view of the slopes. As I am a non skier I asked Sam (normally the Barman) if it would be possible to have a chair to enable me to...

Really great place. Great welcome from the manager. Superb food - the chef is very good. Lovely bar on the top floor. Barman Sam runs a great bar Finishing the day with a pint looking over the mountains is great. Boot room well sized and only 100yds from the slope. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Just returned on Sunday from a fabulous week at the Rosset. Fergus and his team work really well together. Nothing was too much trouble. The food including the veggie option was wonderful. The beds were super comfy and there was no noise at night. Rooms very clean and hot water was plentiful. Just a few steps down the road and...

Great devices from friendly staff. larger than average rooms with modern en-suite shower rooms. 50 metre walk to the slopes. Large boot room. Large dining area so people not cramped whilst eating. Good bar with TV for the 6 nations. Bar not always staffed and this can be frustrating whilst waiting for 'Sam' to return. Fantastic Sauna, Steam Room and...

I stayed here with a group of 12 during February 2017. While not the cheapest option, the chalet is excellent. The rooms are simply but well furnished and the communal rooms are great, particularly the bar which has squashy chairs and good views of the pistes. The staff are fantastic, with a particular mention to the manager, Fergus (who kept...

Best ski holiday ever: amazing staff, amazing accommodation, amazing time. The hotel provided a gratuitous breakfast, tea and cake, and an amazing dinner. The spa room was incredible: there was nothing better than coming back after a long day to a hot spa and pool.

We stayed in Chalet Rosset in January 2017. The hotel was fantastic; friendly, helpful and efficient staff, excellent food and a happy atmosphere under the leadership of Fergus, the manager, who was always on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly. The hotel has a lovely lounge and bar on the top floor with views out to the pistes and across...

I have stayed in many different types of accommodation in Tignes, self catering to hotels, chalets etc - this was, all round, the best accommodation / deal we have had. We travelled with Ski Total, and everything was done to a high standard and the staff are clearly well drilled by Fergus, the hotel manager. Rosset is in a great...

An excellent week at Chalet Rosset. My group of 52, skiers and boarders had a fantastic time. The chalet was just perfect, all the rooms were very nice, just two double rooms were adequate but could have been a tad larger, all the other rooms had more than enough space. Chalet staff headed by Fergus done a really good job...

We've been skiing in Tignes for the last 15 or so and this is the best place we have stayed so far, by a long way. The chalet/hotel itself is perfectly placed in the middle of Tignes Le Lac and minutes walk from slopes and connection to all parts of the resort. The rooms are bigger than most ski chalet,...
