i spent a week mid April while snowboarding, and really appreciated the effort made by the staff to make their guests comfortable, happy, and entertained. Delicious canapes were served every evening, along with a complimentary glass of prosecco. The 3 course meals were varied, and all were very tasty. And there was plenty of choice at breakfast, from cooked, to cereal, to continental. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great service. And only 200m to a main chair lift as well. i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Graham, Milton Keynes, UK

I was very pleased with my stay here as there were so many different options for breakfast, pastries, porridge, pancakes, toast, fruit, yoghurt and English breakfast. The beds took some getting used to but were very comfy and a very nice shower. The rooms were very spacious as they were made to fit 1 to 4 people. There was very easy access to the pistes 20 metres to walk.

We have just returned from a week at Le Curling and what a great time we had. The hotel is run really professionaly and above all the staff cannot do enough for you. We needed extra blankets and pillows and they swiftly arrived, they genuinely want you to have a good stay. The hotel is not 5 star and therefore do not expect five star, but it exceeds expectations on its offering. Importantly it was clean, rooms were made up everyday which is always nice. Great to have a bath and plenty of hot water. The rooms initially felt a little cold but as the week went on it warmed up, so no real issue and having an extra blanket sorted it. The food is generally good. Some really good vegetarian meals as well. Importantly they were always on time especially breakfast so made getting to ski school that much easier, having the ski and boot room was brilliant. And to the noise....we were on the 5th floor so yes you do start to hear revellers from around 11.30 pm, but they never kept us awake. This is merely down to the position of the hotel which is second to none in terms of skiing position pretty much ski in and out...ok about a 20 yard walk subject to snow! ...which is not an issue! We enjoyed the communal area where kids and adults shared their days stories and at dinner time you sit with different people which makes it really interesting. Our daughter had high tea served at 5.15, which was great as she mixed with others and had a version of the adults meal or the chef was flexible and cooked something different upon our request. All in all a great ski holiday and would certainly return. Thanks to Tim and the team.

I took a group of 18 here for the week, I'd read the reviews, we were prepared - however, this place is a genuine masterclass in how to run a chalet hotel. I believe many of the previous gripes may well have been dealt with, leaving the stand-out problem being the Wifi, it's right up there with 1990's dial up service, and to be frank, as an IT professional, I don't enjoy listening to a yard of excuses from senior staff about why it just isn't possible - it is. On the up side, is basically everything else. All rooms have bath, shower, balcony, and a separate loo. Beds have a spare power point next to each side. The hall has a storage area shelved out for you kit. The hot water doesn't run out, regardless of the time of day, or what floor you're on. The heated boot room has allocated slots for every room. And to cap it all, chef runs the kitchen like it's some sort of competition - almost flawless, varied, tasty, food, every day, plus afternoon cakes and savouries, plus canapes, plus petit fours! I was introduced to Tim, Mark and Michael, who were outstanding, as were all of the staff - a slightly larger font on the name badges and I'd list a few more. I believe the position of the bedroom on the floor is more relevant than the floor level, as some on level 5 were disturbed. Room 204 was fairly quiet all week.
