This was my fourth visit to this hotel and it maintains a high standard. Every year there appears to be different staff, and yet Mark Warner manage to maintain a consistently high quality of service. All of the food was very good - with one notable exception: the porridge! One morning the porridge was good, the next it was dreadful,...

Returned after two years to this lovely hotel. Rooms are modern and well appointed. The food was excellent especially afternoon tea and dinner and wine good quality. We were there last week of season, service was good and the staff we found helpful and friendly. At times clearing of dining room could have been swifter but overall we had a...

When we arrived there was food on the balcony. At first glance it looks great, clean, fresh, great food but then you start to see the cracks. The rooms aren't cleaned very well, they are straightened up but never mopped or hoovered. The bedrooms are done in a couple of minutes. Breakfast is put out on display straight after evening...

Excellent location, just a short walk from plenty of ski lifts and gondolas. Hotel was very good, recently refurbished with plenty of amenities, pool, sauna, steam etc. Our rooms were a bit on the small side, but comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent, Dinner was very good and wine was much better than anticipated. The best thing about the hotel though...

Just returned from MW in Tignes. Having stayed at the Berangere in Les deux Alpes last year and been very disappointed by how shabby the hotel was, we were hoping for better and we weren't disappointed. It wasn't perfect, but it is a Chalet hotel staffed largely by youngsters doing the season and they do a good job. The restaurant...

We visited Tignes on 13th March just before the Easter rush & couldn't really fault the whole experience. Hotel modern, clean & rooms spacious with balcony overlooking the slopes. Staff attentive & nothing was too much trouble even when one of our party accidently smashed the glass shower screen. Only minor issue was the rooms were very warm, even with...

We have just returned from a week here over Easter with our two children ages 6yrs and 7yrs. Our overall stay was satisfactory and in general I think you get what you pay for. The childcare in kids club with Ny and Jodie was excellent and our kids were very happy. They were taken to ski school every day and...

The hotel has a modern, fresh feel and is a pleasant place to be. It is brilliantly situated overlooking the main lifts with stunning views and, with good snow for this time of year and some great new friends from the social skiing, we had a very enjoyable holiday. But, I had to give myself a good talking to on...

We are just back from a week's stay at L'Aiguille Percee and were sadly disappointed. The hotel is pretty standard and ok but overall cleanliness and service were poor. While the bathroom in the room was cleaned very well daily, the room was never hoovered once and anyone who skies knows this will leave a room looking filthy over the...
