This hotel is brilliant in so many ways. The staff are very welcoming and are extremely helpful if your needing anything or advice. The hotel is modern and a nice place to be with a spa and good facilities for what your needing on a ski trip. The rooms are just what you'd want with enough storage for all your...

Stayed at Premier right next to the slopes. Perfect apartment with friendly staf. I needed technical help to the dishwasher and it came within 5 min. Local bakery, ski pass store and ski rental store right next to the apartment. The ski rental store provides 20% discount.

I have been several times to Val Thorens and I was surprised by the service of the staff and the accommodation was very good. The only comment was regarding the staff at the terrace, they were not quick and friendly although it was quit.

As near you get to "ski in, ski out". No luxury Résidence but still quite comfortable and lots of space in the apartments with a nice view of the mountains. Quite a few good restaurants nearby and especially I recommend Le Vieux Chalet.

The hotel wasn't exactly "ski in ski out" as stated - you have to cross the street first. The hotel charged us with 100 euro for "extra cleaning" without letting us know. Only when I saw the charge on my credit card I called the hotel and they stated that they charged the money because we left some dishes and...

Excellent no frills accommodation. Friendly and good service. The accommodation is very well located and clean. Kitchen is basic. The lights in the living room ar every bright. We suggest to install dimmers or have warmer light bulbs put in. All in all recommendable.
