It was a great stay in Tikal. The appartement is spacious and well equipped. The location of the appartment was very good. The kitchen was wel equipped. The wifi was fine. Although there was one disadvantage: the appartement was not very clean and very dusty.

We arrived for a family ski trip and stayed in a 2 bed roomed apartment that sleeps 6. We paid supplements to do this due to travelling with 2 teenage girls and a pull out bed would not have sufficed. Whilst the apartment was spacious, it definately hadn't been refurbished to the standard shown on promotional advertisements! Rooms were not... More

Whilst the accommodation is spacious and clean, the noise coming from the street and the building (Temple du Soleil) opposite makes it impossible to sleep at night. Worse of all P&V not doing much about it. (and this was 2 years running!)

Best way to describe these apartments is functional. We had a two bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms that sleeps 6-8. It was clean, warm with hot water and a pretty good kitchen in terms of appliances etc. The photos on the crystal Brochure of these apartments is misleading but you can ski in and out from the 6th floor. Perfectly... More

We arrived to a messy room, staff who couldn't speak any English or give us any information about our stay. When we arrived back home payments had been taken out of our deposit credit cards and our emails asking about it have been ignored. Avoid this place if you can!

Our family party of 5 adults had a two bedroomed apartment for a week. The apartments are spread over 7 floors round a central area which is partly roofed. Each apartment has a locker for ski equipment in the central area with a heater which can be set by a timer. There is a door on the 6th floor which... More

As we got into the resort early and checked in early we were able to get into our room before the advertised time which was great as we had been travelling all night to get to the resort but the reception staff did not suggest this was possible on the phone before we arrived. Perhaps a language thing? The accommodation... More

We received roughly what we paid for: The place is far from fantastic, but more than OK for a decent price. Strong points: The location in the center of the resort and the middle of the slopes, the heated ski storage, and general convenience (good bed linen, storage spaces for clothes, hangers for towels, etc). Weak points: WiFi s***cks, even... More

Excellent value for money hotel for snowboarding trip. Free heated ski room on each floor with your own locker. Local area has many shops bars and restaurants. Hotel is located near slops and not far from bars.
