Hotel is nice. Bit old but nice. Breakfast is ok. Kitchen is ok but has a lot to improve: Vegetarian concept for instance, chocolate fondant terrible;
Room for meetings not adequate. Chairs not comfortable at all.
Internet access not good and always falling.

I liked the charm of the old building, but Best Western can hardly claim credit for that. What they are responsibility for is the shoddy internet (slow at the best of times, non-existent for a couple nights) and rude serving staff.
