Staff are rude and not willing to fix issues but turn people away. Definitely a place to not stay at. Your better staying in the heart of melbourne cbd saving money and time instead of using taxis or trams. They also threatened my partner woth the cops who was not aggressive or swearing and left us with no where to... More

Me and my boyfriend checked in on Melbourne cup day. We were greeted buy lovely friendly staff. Laura at reception is a saint very helpful and goes the extra mile to help out. Our room is clean and tidy. Only complaint not enough fridges for occupants. Highly recommend to fellow backpackers great place to meet new people :)

I have seen a few hostels by now in melbourne and the Pint fOn Punt ist the one with the most famliar atmosphere. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little bit worn out but I didn´t care about that much. I wanted to go there again but unfortunately they were completely full. So it is the best to book early!

Look, if you want fine dining, serene atmosphere and at most a wine list on the menu then this is not the place for you. I wanted affordable transport friendly safe place to stay solo for a week and the staff and people were great. A bit loud at night but staying at an Irish pub that's a given. Staff... More

Absolutely great place to stay, very clean and lovely staff. A bar attached to the hostel that is such good fun. Ian the bar man was so helpful and welcoming on arrival and assisted me in any issues I had at the time. I was slightly stressed on arrival and he made me feel at ease. Excellent staff. ♌️

Cheap and good hostel. Location is great, close to Albert park and St Kilda and not too far away from central Melbourne. Also has a nice pub on the bottom floor. A great place to stay if you're on a budget.

Me and a friend stayed here for just over two weeks in a twin room (we had been upgraded as our booking had not been found) and the room was basic but ideal. There was a breakfast of toast/ cereal/ tea / coffee included and there was a sink in the bedroom. The shared bathroom was cleaned every day and... More

I lived in a six bed dorm here for two months. The room was basic with limited plug sockets and limited cleanliness. The common has a TV and sofas which is sweet for socialising and drinking goon. A balcony leads out of the common room which is also a great place to socialize. The kitchen is very limited as is... More
