This is my 3rd visit to this little gem. Great value for money. Room modern and well appointed. Close to shops. 3 dining options including a sports bar. Food has always been good. Free parking. Free wifi. Staff welcoming and friendly. The restaurants and bars always have a buzz about them. I think it's because there is a mix of...

We had 3 wonderful nights staying here, touring with our coach company from the Central Coast, NSW . The room was a good size and with a balcony and walking distance to local shops. I enjoyed the walk around the lake and saw lots of birds. Even Black swans with their babies. It was lovely to see. I am on...

What a headache to get here! We travelled 4 hours on the Western Hwy & never had any problem with traffic until we turned off at Caroline Springs to head north along the roadway to get to our destination being the Mercure Hotel. With about 6 roundabouts, bumper to bumper traffic we finally arrived as the Hotel is about 2kms...

This is a good stopover for us when travelling between Sydney and Adelaide. The rooms are always clean and spacious. No pokey bathroom here. They are adding a further 40 rooms so there is some noise after 7.00am but no problem to us as we were up already. I suggest you check out their facebook page for updates on this....

This hotel delivers quality accommodation at a reasonable price. I've always found the rooms clean, comfortable and tidy. The dining options are good, from pub style meals in the Sports Bar, light meals in the Cafe or a more formal dinner in the Bistro. But if you want to venture elsewhere, there are a selection of dining alternatives in close...

There were at least five flies roving around our table so I called the attention of the waitress. She came back with the answer " the manager said we can't do anything with it" . This is the most unhygienic dining experience I had and the manager did not even care. Now I doubt how clean the kitchen and the...

Dear Greville22, Thanks very much for taking the time to write your review. Without knowing where you were dining (near a door, outside) I'm not able to comment on the flies and am sorry to read that they detracted from your experience with us. Please be assured that our General Manager and Executive Chef take food standards very seriously and...
