You feel welcome in this location? No way. While entering you will get an unfriendly atmosphere by the waiters. Even the Dinner was unfriendly to me. A disapointing Event at my last day in this very nice region.....
Another visit to this very good, comfortable, 4* hotel. Have been here several times before and want to visit again, soon. For the first time I used the indoor swimming pool and now cannot understand why I had not done so on previous visits. My partner had a massage which she reported, again, as being just what she needed. Food very good. Staff very attentive. Try the Korbinian Dunkel beer. One of the best I have had in a long life.
Stayed here with my partner and dog, again, twice in October and enjoyed the visits. A first class hotel with good facilities and excellent dining.Staff very helpful and friendly. Will chose to stay there when ever in the area
The place looks the part, and the front desk is very nice and helpful, that being said, the dining experience is rushed and feels commercialized... situated 5 minute drive from Oberstaufen, it's in a small town under the mountain. The hotel has been renovated and that can be felt all over, very clean and nice facilities. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nicely renovated, with comfortable bed, and good bathroom, the TV is an insignificant small screen. The Internet is shaky at best and doesn't work at n the room further from reception. The hotel restaurant is very good, and the food is of high quality, well prepared, and served professionally. The hotel bar has nice German White wines and great German White beer on tap. You can do a great 3 hour hike starting at the hotel, up the mountain and along the ridge, you can come down at the 'Hundle' gondola or walk down, 40 min from gondola to hotel.…
A very welcoming hotel with well trained staff. The rooms are both clean and comfortable. We spent nearly a week there and would not hesitate to visit again. The range and quality of food was very good and they had an interesting range of local beers (try the local dunkel, it's excellent). A big plus factor for us was that dogs were welcome.
