after a 6 hours drive, we arrived at the hotel, no one at the reception, we rang the bell, it was 20 pass 2 check-in is 3 pm after a wait an unfriendly man came, not said hello only that we have to wait for the check-in -the rooms had only one bathroom with no separate toilet, very difficult with 6 people we thought it has more bathrooms because on the description it did say 3 baths but the owner/manager only ask if we have this in writing --we did not -our fault -we ask if we could change for a more suitable suite with more bathrooms -he said only for an extra fee, we were not prepared to pay any more , we made the most of it --all the rooms are open and have no doors, no privacy, and only one toilet --the breakfast is boring every day the same cheese, sausage meat, and overcooked coffee no friendly staff we only saw 3 guys who never said hello or good morning --for us never again…
We've had the absolute worst experience with the hotel which led us to leaving and staying somewhere else. We came in at around 11 am to ask some questions prior to check in at 3pm, especially regarding wheelchair use in the building. The only female staff member told us to go away, which we first put through to her not speaking English or German well (we are bi-lingual German/English). We then asked if my sister could use the bathroom and were told it's just a 3 minute walk to the next public toilets. The lady was extremely rude. We also noticed that she placed cleaning product next to the uncovered cereal bowls on the breakfast buffet which I found a bit concerning. The reception wasn't staffed and guests just went and got their own keys. That made us already concerned about security. We came back at 3pm and there was absolutely no staff in the hotel. Other guests told us this is normal. We walked around the building to find any staff- to no avail. After a 30min wait we rang and got told the manager is busy and to ring a different number. I asked that the staff member please notify someone to come to reception as my sister is a double amputee and standing around like this is especially difficult for her. After another 15 min I rang the new number I was told to ring and got greeted and yelled at by a very angry and rude man. He told us to just wait. We had the phone on speaker phone and some other guests heard the conversation and said they're not surprised as they also been subjected to bad service. After another couple of minutes we decided to leave. The man arrived in a van just as we had sorted ourselves back into the car. He stood in the door and wouldn't let us leave. He asked if we don't understand what "waiting" means and demanded that we come in and talk to him We declined the offer. I am disputing the hotels right to charge us a cancellation charge as we honestly tried. The breakfast cereal was still uncovered at this stage btw.…
My Family and I came for a 2 day Trip and we enjoyed it so much there ! Our rooms where clean ,comfortable ! Large rooms with Balcony's and we had a super View ! Mountaintops around us and everything close and easy to reach by foot or bus and car ! Would recommend staying there 100% I forgot mentioning the Breakfast wow ,so good !! Thank you to our Host !!
Our family of 10 stayed in the third floor family apartment for two nights. We were on a three week trip and had the staff launder our clothes. It cost us 70 eurors and we had to wait quite some time for it to be completed shortly before we had to check out. It was quite a bit of laundry and we discovered at our next stop that we were missing quite a lot of laundry. I called the hotel and spoke to someone who said he would look into it and told me to send an email, which I promptly did. I received no response from the email or call. I called a second time and he told me again that we would investigate and I tole him that I had send an email. No response again three weeks later. Very poor service.The room and breakfast were acceptable, but not worth the poor service.
We booked this hotel for a family in July 2019. We paid for the rooms as instructed by the hotel. Then the hotel proceeded to charge the family again for the same rooms. When we informed the hotel of their error they initially denied it occurred. Once we provided proof they admitted their error then were reluctant to refund the money. Finally they agree to refund the payment less their fees. There is no reason a client should pay fees for the hotels error. Eventually we had to go to Booking.com to get it resolved. Do not use this hotel. Very unethical.
