I have visited the Berghotel Jagerhof about seven times over the past few years, and it never disappoints as a quiet escape with great service, an outstanding view, and excellent food! Many of the rooms have been recently renovated, and they are all very comfortable with everything you need. The view from the huge terrace and many rooms is amazing - on a clear day you can see the Alps. The hotel sits on a wooded hill, up which I like to take walks in the morning - then along a huge grassy field with cows, bells, and many flowers. The spa also has everything you would need and is a superb place to relax in the late afternoon before dinner. Now the food - I've been to lots of expensive wellness hotels where some dishes are good but others are so-so, this place has hands down the best food! You can tell the Chef really takes pride in every dish they serve! The breakfast buffet is also the gold standard by which I judge all other breakfasts, I'll be honest. So in summary (after a very long review) I highly recommend this hotel for all kinds of guests and ages. It won't disappoint!

My family has come to this Hotel for over 30 years, we are here at least once a year. Wonderful staff, great service fantastic views and great location. Excellent food. This is our home away from home. The log fireplace always cozy with a glass of wine. Great Saunas and Pool ! The owner Mrs Aurenz always there to help. Wonderful staff at check in. Mr. Rickers and his Team first class.

we had a lovely stay in a amazing setting. Around the hotel you have a forest, so it was perfect for hiking. An hour from the hotel there is a skipiste. We took our golden retriever, he was more than welcome in the entire hotel. (exept the dinnerroom) Good old fashioned charm with devine food 😊

We had a fantastic 3 day family break in this wonderful hotel. We stayed in the small house in the hotel grounds complete with log fire and stunning views over the Alps. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left the staff met our every need in the most courteous , friendly and efficient way. The food was first class as was the waiting and kitchen staff. We throughly enjoyed the musical entertainment in the dining room on the Saturday evening! We will definitely be back!!!

This hotel is great. Situated on a hill-top there are stunning views to admire, the building is in the traditional style of the region with wooden balconies for most of the rooms. The decor has a rustic charme which also is typical for this region. The rooms are comfortable and best of all the staff is friendly and service orientated, very rare to find in Germany. They offer a good breakfast and good coffee - I liked it here and my standards are high...
