I first admit I am a spoiled American so that reflects in this review. The staff was very friendly and spoke just enough English to get by. I do not speak German. The room was very small. There was no chest of drawers to unpack in. I was there for 16 days. I have been on boats that had larger...

Stayed here for 3 nights in June. Very friendly staff and always someone to serve drinks or attend reception. Nothing too much trouble- even pizza at 11pm. Clean functional rooms, good wifi. The only issue was the shower pressure. I would recommend for business accommodation.

Excellent location between train station and city centre, clean rooms (business like), good food and wine cellar! Reception is friendly and professional. Ideal for a weekend or a short stay, or for business meetings - conferences

Stayed here just one night for work. The staff was helpful. Typical business room. Two single beds pushed together. Air conditioning worked well. Wireless functioned well. Bathroom only had bulk soap dispensed. No wash cloths so it was hard to shower. Overall what you expect for 100 euro a night business hotel.

Quick stay here and seemed to be a really good option. Close to everything - take a nice stroll in the old town... and directly beside the train station that served me well. Enjoyed a beer on the patio which was great. Would stay again.

Good hotel, great location and rather an unknown quantity. It has it's own wine cellar etc and the region grows lots of grapes. Very neat and tidy, I turned up earlier than expected but no problem. Room was great but the AC was difficult to manage and it flet very hot and stuffy

Very Neat, clean & tidy hotel. The staff is very humble & friendly. The rooms are compact but enough for a single person. Lots of choice in breakfast including vegan & vegetarian food. Ample parking & adjacent to a mall so gr8 place to shopping.

This small city in germany is so easy to miss. It is a typical city, with an old city center with lovelly old houses, a lot of restaurants, so pieces of gold and a very nice place to stay for a pause in the hectic road traveling europe. Stay here, have some food, have a drink, and just feel the...

I am a regular business traveler and always choose to stay at Hotel Bacchus. Hotel Bacchus is in my opinion the best in Bensheim, with a great location. Klaus the owner, and his friendly staff do their best to make the guests feel at home. The hotel have a nice restaurant and a cozy bar.

I was told by my colleague that it had recently been remodeled. The Bacchus was very modern and comfortable and conveniently located across from the train station. It is the kind of accommodation you would expect in a larger city. There was no problem with noise. I didn't eat there so i can't comment on the restaurant or service.
