My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our first day in Germany. We arrived at 9am after a 7 hour flight and were greeted nicely at the front desk. She let us store our bags and gave us parking while we waited for our room to be ready at 11am. We sat and got coffee and a pastry...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which has a great location next to the town square. The wifi was very good even in the penthouse and breakfast was a good continental spread. Parking was convenient and good value. Only issue was the church bells going each hour during the night, but this was just part of the atmosphere of...

In the city center on a side street. Nice rooms, with ok breakfast. Staff helpful and polite. Right in the city without being too noisy. Parking was close by and included. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the direct vicinity. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here in July and found it to be an above average experience. The building is set perfectly between the town square and the river Mosel . The staff were welcoming and efficient and the room was just right. Fast wi fi access was available which peculiarly hadn't always been the case in our tour of...

This was a fantastic 'themed' hotel that was completely unexpected. They've tried, and for the most part succeeded, in creating a little medieval castle complete with a full suit of armour to welcome you at the front door. It's close to town (a 15-20 minute walk) but there is also a cute little road train that departs from the little...

Very nice hotel, with a great location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet included a good selection and everything was fresh. The wifi is included with the room. We would stay here again.

OK there's no ugly. The good is the location right at the entrance of the old town and close to the river boat, the castle truck ride and the old town trolley tour. Just look out your window and see everything that is going on. The rooms are very clean and the room we had was spacious with a separate...

We hired the penthouse suite on the top floor, it's a long way up the stairs after a full nights eating and drinking... But well worth it, beautifully furnished, roof beams and a view over the church roof. Wifi doesn't work up in the room so had to wait till we was sitting in breakfast area, no problem, the breakfast...

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Binz for 4 nights and truly enjoyed ourselves. The location is great, right in the main village of Bernkastel-Kues. We had a room with a separate den and patio and our room overlooked the cathedral next door. The owners were very helpful booking our taxis to and from the train station, and also...

Location was right at the centre but somehow the main entrance wasnt used , we have to use the back door. It has 5 floors and no lift. Parking is far away .. About 150 meters but troublesome to drag the lugage. Bed was so bad .. Very sagging .. The worst bed ever
