The hotel is located a little outside the small city of Arbon. The location is somewhat peculiar since it is in the fields close to the Bodensee lake but a detour is needed to actually reach the lake. There is plenty of parking on the hotel grounds and on the street next to the hotel. There's also a parking garage which seems available free of charge.
Hotel staff at the reception was very, genuinely friendly. Rooms was quite big with a view to the terrace and field in front of the hotel.
Breakfast on the terrace was excellent with staff again being extremely friendly and offering eggs made to order.
What I missed was a minibar or fridge (it was a very hot day) and coffee maker.

I was on a tour down memory lane with my brother to Lake Constance, and as St. Gallen was sold out due to some sporting event, we opted to stay overnight in Arbon, more so as early next morning we were set for a quick trip through Austria into the German side of Lake Constance.
The hotel, we had booked a gallerie room, had our reservation at their fingertips when we arrived and after a swift check in procedure we were handed our key and told how to find the room.
We had dinner in St. Gallen so it was literally bedtime. The bathroom was equipped with all necessities, enough towels too and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast the next morning was a buffet affair although egg dishes were served by the staff. Breadrolls were fresh, as were the croissants and the selection of cut sausages and cheeses was very adequate.
Good overnight and breakfast spot.

we were invited for a lunch meeting ,and enjoyed it very much. we had a nice garden table, service was excellent and friendly.We selected the Fish Knusperli , which was excellent.We were surprised that also service personnel did not wear any face masks during service.

As we walked towards the hotel and saw all the building work and office and apartment blocks next to it we were somewhat underwhelmed. However, we enjoyed our overnight stay. We were given a clean large room with an upstairs area with a large sofa bed and desk. Sufficient shelving and hanging space. Twin beds were pushed together to create a double bed. The bathroom had a shower over the bath with a shower curtain. We had a private balcony with a table and chairs...just no view to speak of! Complimentary water and fruit were available in the corridor. The restaurant lacked ambience but our dinner was good quality, well presented and good value. We enjoyed the freshly prepared scrambled egg at breakfast. Friendly and courteous staff.

This hotel is not very centrally located and we felt we were stuck in the hotel however the food and drink was good. The views from the balcony just looked out at a car park so this was disappointing. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, unfortunately a bit outside of Arbon (45min walk to the old town). The room was comfortable and large but unfortunately without air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not exciting, but quite OK.

We stayed there for two nights. The man at the reception was quite arrogant. The room was ok except for the smelly carpet and the spiderwebs we encountered in every corner. We were on the ground floor which was nice since we had a dog with us and we could walk through the private garden right into the nearby woods. The room was extremely hot since there was no air-conditioning and not even fans available. We could not leave the window open at night because of the moskitos so despite the quite comfortable beds we did not get any sleep. They should definitely install Moskito nets.
Breakfast was ok, not a lot of choice though. We had dinner one night and the food was average but the price was high.
The only positive about this hotel is the nice location.

On the cycle route... easy walk into Arbon ... Aldi supermarket a very short walk away ... friendly reception super helpful ... we had the 4 course dinner both evenings the food was excellent well presented and wonderful flavours ... we had a comfortable double room with small garden terrace ... highly recommended

The Hotel is out of town and so it is difficult to find somewhere to go out for dinner. Restaurant is very expensive.
We thought the breakfast was pretty good but the staff especially the manager were very unfriendly and rude.

We were booked by the bike touring company to stay at this hotel . It is extremely expensive , a long way out of town and the staff were rude to the point of being nasty . DONT stay this hotel! I will be letting the tour company know as well. It was an awful experience
