The key asset of this place is the design of its rooms. At least my one (called Arcus) was really awesome and I liked it even though it wasn´t very practical, expecially the bed was terrible, absolutely not comfortable. The rooms are not very soundproof, you hear what is happening in other rooms, plus I didn´t like a strange smell...

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The rooms are quite small, with tiny shower room and limited storage place given that majority of people come for skiing and have a lot of gear with them. The rooms are clean, some of the rooms have balconies. Ask for a higher floor rooms to be away from the noises of...

Interesting design rooms, a great location opposite the main skilft, and very helpful front desk staff (Christina and Sabrine) all the way from booking details through restaurant recommendations and sorting out late checkout and extra towels for when we came off the ski slopes. The restaurant is also decent with the risotto and wood grilled meats being a favourite.

Simple and good breakfast included, coffee/tea - all day, good wellness center. Perfect view to mountains & valley. "COOP" food shop near by, bus station - 2 minute, ski-lift - 5 minute walking. Recommended.

The hotel is just in front of the lifts. Impossible to be better located than that. It looks lovely, everyone that works there is nice and smily. Breakfast is great. There's a room to leave your ski stuff in the basement. Regarding the room I was upgraded from a 'budget' room to a 'design' room, so I couldn't be happier!

Stayed here with a friend for a shortski weekend. Had a room in the guesthouse, as we wanted some time to relax as well. Amenities in the room are old, but still work. The wellness area is small, but nobody was there. Perfect to relax after a day of skiing, before dinner. The lounge & fireplace in the guesthouse are...

As probably the most expensive piece of real estate in Flims Dorf this hotel should be THE place to stay, right?. On arrival the reception area and restaurant looked nice although we were quickly ushered across the road to the 'guesthouse' where we We were given a key for the 'lodge' but mistakenly sent to the 'guesthouse' across the road...

Location, location, location. This place is opposite the Flims main station, so you could not ask for a better location. The bus to/from Flims also stops right out the front and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from - however, I would highly recommend the Arena Kitchen downstairs. The rooms are really awesome - all designed by different brands....

Sounded like a fun place so we booked a room for 4 on the Internet. When we checked in we were told we were in the Backpackers across the street. It turned out to be a very basic bunk room in the basement with cheap Ikea beds. Not quite what we were expecting but I guess what we maybe should...

Arrived at 2:30 in the morning due to bad planning and they were very helpful & sorted me out! Let us shower after last day of skiing despite leaving that day. Very close to the main ski lift & good breakfast & facilities. Good value for location.
