The location is great, incredibly close to the railway station there. The staff was really helpful, there was a problem with the credit card and they just charged the card online for the whole stay beforehand, we arrived before the time of check in and we got the keys as soon as we arrived, with late check out too. The...

We arrived to a warm welcome at the train station and a car waiting to drive us to the hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly thoughout the whole stay. The main hotel has all the facilities you need. A small pool and sauna located downstairs. The only drawback was we were told on arrival that we were...

Four night stay at the Adler over Christmas. Having stayed several times before it was pretty much what I had hoped for and expected. Quietly understated celebrations, excellent food and good hospitality. Only slight drawback at this time of year is the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, which would have been useful. That apart a very enjoyable...

Well....you know, it was back in 2009....we had one of those honeymoon style bedrooms with a jacuzzi. And just as if a jacuzzi wouldnt be enough, you could "move" the whole tub to the outside on the balcony. Automatic.....I mean how cool is that :-) We had a wonderfull dinner with an extra decorated table just for the "honeymooners" Perfect...

Dinner there on two occasions. Service was fine and the food likewise. They were featuring game- I had house made venison sausages which were excellent. The staff were especially helpful when I needed an internet connection to take care of a business matter...they set me up in a comfortable space while I worked.

Really nice room with a whirlpool. It is located central and offers some additional services like darts, minigolf and table tennis. The staff is friendly. Some rooms have a whirlpool outside - amazing.

The first night I went to this restaurant I was with my girlfriend and dad expecting a quaint Swiss dining experience and received a bog standard one. My girlfriend and I ordered a burger and my dad ordered curried chicken. Being a patron of fine dining and having a wide and eclectic palate I was thoroughly surprised when I tasted...

We stayed in one of the self-catering apartments for a few days as a base to explore Oeschinensee. Adler is in a great location in the centre of town (though Kandersteg is tiny, so everything is in easy walking distance). It's a short walk from the station & cable cars, there's a small supermarket across the road, a slightly larger...
