Our stay at the Crown Plaza in Geneva was simply extraordinary! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the manager Mr. SaĂŻd, whose professionalism and attention to detail immediately impressed us. He made sure our check-in was quick and hassle-free, and he answered all our questions courteously and efficiently. As our room was not yet ready when we arrived, he offered us a snack at the hotel bar where we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. LoĂŻc, the manager of the bar and the room. His professionalism and caring attitude really made the difference for us. In short, we were warmly welcomed and everyone made sure that we felt like important customers.
Then we discovered our club room on the 8th floor, and it was truly a pleasure to find that we had been treated with 5 star service. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and elegantly decorated, offering wonderful views of the city. The extra touches like luxury toiletries and sweet treats left on our pillow as well as chocolates added a touch of luxury to our stay.
The next day, we saw Mr. LoĂŻc again during breakfast. Always smiling and friendly, he made sure our restaurant experience was just as enjoyable. We felt truly cared for and appreciated as guests during our entire stay.

The service in this hotel is impeccable. Particularly the staff in yhe breakfast restaurane and the lounge. I was apprehensive about ataying at this hotrl, because of its closeness to the airport. They definitely proved me wrong.

The hotel deserves the highest score because in a working environment it is what it should be. The location, although it does not allow you to reach the fair on foot, is easily connected with their transfer at fixed but very present times. The modern and pleasantly furnished room is not particularly spacious but has everything you need. The breakfast is rich and plentiful and takes all tastes into consideration. It is perfect despite the fact that during trade fair periods the price of the room rises enormously and disproportionately: but this is a feature that presents itself always and everywhere!

An unexpected stay in this hotel en route back to Gatwick following the Dubai chaos, but what an unexpectedly excellent hotel!
Punctual shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and the friendliest driver you can imagine, the hotel itself was welcoming and clean. Even after a mix up, the room was reconfigured for 2 adults with 2 children in no time by the friendliest man, and being VERY late on arrival - the room service tried was exactly what a hungry family was hoping for. Room layout ideal - a very comfortable sofa bed / lounge and a lovely large bed for us adults, with a sliding door between.
A REALLY comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, fresh snowy air - made for a great nights sleep after travel disruption, and a varied and delicious breakfast (the nicest croissants) meant we left again for the airport on the punctual shuttle bus in great spirits!

On arrival check in I handed a credit card and asked the staff clearly to charge my room to it, after few second notification to my phone charge being done to my card on file and then she said Sorry I don't know what happened your card on file been charged, maybe a bit of attention and training will avoid situation like this and no am not gonna reverse the charge as I will have amount blocked on both card. I choose my diamond amenity as breakfast and yet on arrival at breakfast next day I was told breakfast not included, I told him it's included and he can charge it and I will dispute it at check out. On leaving the restaurant he informed me verification was made and it's reception error. The air conditioning in room are ups and down, sometime you feel the room very hot. The TV remote control is far from use friendly. Just a warning the breakfast at lounge is very limited and opposite to many IHG hotels lounge access doesn't entitle you breakfast at restaurant which is far better, food setting at lounge close 7pm which I found very early, I checked by 7:15 pm and they have already cleared everything.

Our flight was rescheduled to the next day and our airline put us up in this hotel. We arrived late and tired and the staff were quick to assign us our room and very friendly. We were travelling with our 12-year-old son and they gave us two rooms with an adjoining door, which was perfect. Luxury rooms with great shower, very comfortable beds and blackout blinds. Nice chocolates on the beds too! Breakfast was amazing with a chef making omelettes and pancakes which we were not expecting. Definitely worth the delay! Shuttle bus arrived promptly to take us back to the airport.

Stayed 2 nights. Had our fellowship evening activity at one of the function rooms in the lower ground. It was more of an airport hotel but actually accessible to the main sights. The standard room I had was really quite basic. On the small side , it uses huge mirrors to accentuate spaciousness. AC temperature was not cold enough. The lighting was quite subdued it will only lull you into deep sleep. Bathroom has needed amenities however. Aside from having a lounge bar and a restaurant, lower floors offer access to MICE activities. Bedside giveaway of a mini Toblerone provided by housekeeping. Breakfast however somehow won me over , offering a wonderful buffet which refills quickly, dealing with the huge volume of guests. Food served was tasty , and staff are efficient enough.

I stayed on this hotel for work as it is the preferred vendor for my company. It is convenient as it is 10 min from the airport, there is a shuttle you can call for pickup and drop-off and is in walking distance (or a 1 stop bus ride) to the World Trade Center buildings.
The room felt small as European hotels do, but I had room to put my luggage in the closet and 1 against the wall and had room to walk around the bed and the desk.
The room was very clean and has what you need (except a microwave) but in some parts it shows its age and could use some freshen up. Even the tub looked stained in some areas even thoguh it was clean. The shower worked perfectly well and had good water pressure. I didn't like that the tub is so high up, it might be difficult for some people to get in and out as you have to pull yourself up.
The room also had a small coffee machine and a lockbox and some storage room in the closet, but not much.
The bed was comfortable and once you close the shades it was very dark. The only negatives is the noise from the street and of course the planes landing.
I ate breakfast there, it is served in Le Jardin and it is a buffet with a full English breakfast, cereal, yogurt, muesli, croissants, some fruits and some salads, there is also coffee, tea and juice. It is nice to eat outside if the weather cooperates.
On my last day, I stored my luggage in the hotel and picked it up after work. The hotel still dropped me off for work.
One big positive is the free transit card to take the bus. Bus 10 can take you to the lake, old town and Balexert mall pretty quickly since it stops 1 block from the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel - the most thoughtful and professional service. We had a lovely room and very clean. The people at breakfast were friendly and considerate - even bringing special cutlery and a beautiful pancake for my 2 year old. I stay at a lot of hotels and found this one to be so pleasant.

Mr. Arnaud who was taking care of club lounge in this property was extremely humble and taking care of each guest as if he has invited them to his home by himself. When I said I am a vegetarian and I don't have anything to munch on then he personally approached kitchen and ordered a potato based tapas just for me.Its a very great gesture displayed by him by understanding the importance of me being vegetarian and I really appreciate and respect his approach. Sincere thank you Mr. Arnaud, keep growing..Good luck

There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that brings your to downtown Geneva. Bus no. 10, bus stop de Joinville.
You can also use our free shutlle bus to the airport and take the train to Cornavin station (downtown). We offer a free transporation ticket to every guest.

All responses are accurate however not all outlets accommodate the standard converter. For example I had to curl my hair in the bedroom and use the tv reflection as a mirror.
