Old building no lifts but I had booked an accessible room because of my disability. It was more than adequate. Bathroom had lots of handrails and a shallower bath. Bed comfortable .Room clean and tidy. Weston super mare about 4/5 miles away and Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole not far either. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a...

Welcome was good but no lift so all cases had to be humped up winding stairs. In the restaurant were told as we had not booked although staying were stuck on a table in a no-mans land although the place was only half full. Asked if we could have the TV channel changed (only us watching) to be told it...

We all know the Premier Inn proposition: good value no frills hotels, with clean rooms, comfy beds, and a hot shower for the morning. This one certainly delivers on all that, and stands out because of the very friendly staff. From check-in, to housekeeping, to the breakfast team, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Certainly not a luxury hotel,...

We stayed for one night in a family room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the sheets were of good quality. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. It's a beautiful building that does require an upgrade, the place needs a lick of paint and general update. Would avoid the Brewers Faye...

We stayed here in March due to friends of ours getting married in Wedmore. We had tried everywhere in the village but everywhere was booked up, so we thought if we were going to get a taxi then we should stay somewhere cheaper. Along came Premier Inn. It may not be the best hotel you ever stay in, but for...

They guarantee a good sleep, but It is too noisy. We arrived at 2am, and at 6 or 7am you cannot sleep anymore because of all The noise of The people speaking so loud leaving their rooms and children screaming. If you want to rest up...do not come here ...TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET

Lets start with the 2 only positives i could find; The staff, a very warm reception when checking in & out, & the location, it is set in a very pretty area. Now for the many negatives; As soon as we entered the room we turned on the lights over the tv, which then turned themselves off, & on &...

Stopped over for one night on the way to Cornwall. Included breakfast and evening meal deal so good value overall. Really lovely surroundings. Has a lovely outdoor area with stunning views. Rooms could do with a bit of updating, but clean, tidy and comfortable with everything you need.
