We stumbled on this while in the area (its hard to miss), and came back later in the week to spend the last night of our trip. Glad we did. A lovely and romantic place and something different. This would be a good place to base from while visiting the wineries of the area. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I stayed at Castillo de Curial for 2 nights during a gathering with a new group. It was amazing. The servie was excellent and the rooms were outstanding. It was like entering a medieval castle and being expected to fight for the great princess. The nearby town was secluded, but we were presented to the local church and the winery....

Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night due to a tight schedule. The castle has been rebuilt, hence the very good condition. The rooms were excellent unfortunately there were no suites left when we booked, the suites are afordable and good. We had diner at the hotel, as we were tired, and it was also very good. The...

Booked this hotel on road trip through centre of Spain with family as it looked spectacular and we weren't disappointed.... Amazing to approach from the river valley knowing there's a pool on top of the battlements. Greeted by suit of armour, then Loretto. Having been checked in efficiently, she'd suggested a glass of vino on the roof terrace whilst the...

It's a long drive on a winding road up the hill to the castle. We stayed four nights and found it a great location to visit wineries in Ribera del Duero, while enjoying views of the countryside when we were back at the hotel. The meals were a bit disappointing: breakfast was the standard Spanish hotel breakfast of torta de...

We spent with my husband, one night at this beautiful castle, transformed into a hotel. The man taking care of the castle at night, received us very kindly and told us stories about the castle and its history. Rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Views are amazing. We highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 1 night at Castillo de Curiel. If you're visiting the Ribera Del Duero region, the hotel is at a perfect location. We arrived in the afternoon and the sun was shining beautifully. We went to the rooftop terrace, where there is a pool and a FANTASTIC view. Drank from the bottle of wine you receive as a...

I am so excited to have found this hotel. It really was as special and unique as it looks in the pictures. The surrounding area was also really tranquil and a great location for exploring the wineries of the region. The hotel restaurant food was really good and very reasonable. Like many other reviewers, I also had the opportunity to...

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and reception. A magical experience. Each room is decorated differently but all are so special and delightful. The staff was very helpful, the food was delicious. The chef even offered to make us sandwiches, even though they were not listed on the luncheon menu. The local village is about ten minutes away by...

Upside: Travelling across Spain and decided to have a little luxury on our last night. A stay in a castle with breakfast included. Steep drive up to the castle- park right outside and then check in helps if you speak a little Spanish but not essential. Free wi-fi, stunning views from all of the 26 rooms and a very well...
