Definitely stay in the tents at this site for a great natural experience. Located in the forest the sounds of the wild animals, frogs and insects in the evening and the roars from the Growler Monkeys in the morning are just fantastic. Just a short stroll across the open land across from the reception the trees were filled with a...

My wife and I and two children shared a single tent with two double beds for one night. The rooms were comfortable and id include a fan and a full bathroom with a safe. Hot water was spotty due to reliance on solar while under the canopy of a rain forest! We did not eat there or spend a lot...

I was disappointed, not so much by the tents, which were, as others have said a little tired, but by the lack of animal life. Yes you can hear the monkeys, but were difficult to spot. There were not that many trails through the forest and again not that exciting. The gardens are ok and there were some lovely trees...

My husband and I, and our daughter, stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour of CR. We stayed in December and on arrival we were warned that there was a party in the restaurant that afternoon and that we may be disturbed!! The party kicked off at 3pm and although we had been told it would be...

You are literally staying inside the forest, which is amazing! Waking up to howling monkeys is definitely a unique experience. However, the tents are old, with holes and all patched up, and not very clean. You can't lock up the tent but can lock up the bathroom (which also has a safe). This makes it quite odd keeping suitcase and...

We arrived at the Tent Suites at about midday, and off in the distance we could hear howler monkeys - and the distant rumble of thunder. We were taken to our tent - quick suggestion here - a few wheelbarrows around the place wouldn't go amiss, as you can't haul a wheelie suitcase along the paths easily. we had time...

Be prepared for a hot and sticky night with plenty of bugs for company. The tents are a little old and tired wih numerous repairs in places; but the bathrooms are very good, modern, hot water and safe boxes - worth keeping your luggage in their as it will get damp in the main tent area. Steep rickety paths make...

We stayed in the tent suites for four nights. The room is a small tent (ours had two queens) with an attached deck and bathrooms. Our stay was pleasant enough for the first day (although they advertise wifi in the rooms and it was only available in a communal area, plus our "102 degree water" was lukewarm at best) however...

This unique adventure hotel is set up in the middle of the Costa Rican Rain Forest along the Sarapiqui River. The tents have running water and electricity. However, you're in the rain forest, using the lights at night will attract the bugs. We left our lights off for the most part and were able to stay out on the balcony...

I checked in on august 23rd and check out on August 25th. The staff was really nice! The hotel staff woke up really early to prepare breakfast for us. At night they had a security guy walk around to make sure everything was in order. I felt safe at the place. If the staff is reading this message I WANT...
