The staff is beyond praise!
Breakfast is for guests of all nationalities (European, Thai, Chinese cuisine).
Rooms (standard 55m bungalow) are comfortably zoned, the bathroom can be used simultaneously by all family members without violating privacy.
Very comfortable terrace rooms with fan, lighting, sunbeds, table and chairs, small swimming pool (2x3 m), spent a lot of time there in the evening!
The property descends narrowly to the sea and is a real jungle, but with convenient paths, you will neither see nor hear the neighbors. You don’t have to go to the jungle on purpose. The beach is cleaned daily, as is the rest of the hotel. Since the hotel is small in number of guests, there has never been a problem with sunbeds, towels, etc. The cocktails at the beach bar are very good quality.
Swimming pools (adult and children's pools are small in area, but never felt overcrowded during their stay, usually 3-5 people swimming at the same time.
The hotel restaurant has European and Thai cuisine, cooks well, never had problems for a person with a sick stomach, but 500 m away, if you walk on the beach away from Pataya, there is the restaurant "the Beach" with an endless menu and cheaper🙂
If we go back to Thailand again, we'll no doubt choose this hotel again. 20 km from the city has even become an advantage for us: the sea is cleaner, many attractions are closer, from the crowds in the city away, and the Bolt taxi arrives in 10 minutes.
Let me start by saying the rooms are a great size for a family of 3. Complete with minibar, plenty of suitcase space, comfortable bed, and very importantly a great airconditioner.
The resort itself is quite large and very well gardened, but they have golf carts at the reception - you can just call reception and they will come and pick you up. But my advice is to ask for a room closest to the restaurant - that way you are close to the sea, pool, and restaurant- and its very quick to walk to any of them.
The food in the restaurant is amazing. For breakfast you have all the cereals, plus an egg station where someone cooks eggs to your liking. Plus about 15 hot dishes, whether it be bacon, sausages, baked beans, or the local food of curries, noodles, fish, pork - you name it - they have it all. And then there's the fresh fruit, fruit juices, hot coffee of every sort, and a bakery area with croissants and pastries. What more do you need? Dinner was a great range also - loved the fisherman's basket!
But the best thing about the stay here is the people. If you've ever been to Fiji, I rate it as friendly as that. Starting by Jeet at the reception, the restaurant staff are exceptional. In the mornings, the wonderful Priya, Benz and Ton would already have our table waiting for us, complete with baby chair. Quite often we would wonder what our son was smiling at - we would turn around and 3 of the staff would be smiling at him and waving. As soon as we were finished with a plate or coffee, someone would grab it and remove it. We felt like royalty.
Ton would lay out towels for us on the sunloungers and set 2 seats aside for us which were in the shade for the baby - every single morning! Just amazing.
Of an evening, Oum Oim, Nok and Mickey would also have a table reserved for us, in front of a fan, which was important as there is no aircon in the restaurant (but they have heaps of fans which are enough). They would also entertain our son with smiles while we ate. The whole resort and staff just felt like a family. The staff will do anything for you - you just have to ask.
Other staff which deserve a mention - the chef (didn't get his name), Sowanee and Lit were also very friendly and helpful.
I hope I've mentioned everyone as you all did a fantastic job and made us feel so very welcome. We will definitely be flying Thai airways again, and doing a stopover at this resort. I highly recommend stay here and can't wait to be back.
Tip** There is no atm at the resort. I suggest you get money at the airport if you want to leave tips for individuals or room cleaning. Or you can take a taxi to the 7-11 and there's an atm there. Ride costs 150 baht return.

Staff was very accommodating.
From the welcome personnel at the reception to the managin, pool area and restaurant personnel, everyone tried to tend to our needs immediately the reception is 24h available and bring you anything to your room e.g. water or ordered food at any time)
Basically everyone understood and spoke english. Some also knew other languages in parts and can have a bit of smalltalk in those.
Suwannee informed us everyday about ongoing events and general things, when we arrived at breakfast, and asked if we need assistance with anything. We felt very well taken care of.
Overall a 5/5 for us.
Hotel Area:
Beach(private for only hotel guests), Pool and general hotel area (restaurant, walkways) were very clean.
It was very inviting to relax with all plants, trees and small water areas with fish in them (that they take good care of -> plants, trees, fish & crabs)
Lovely sunsets at the beach and enough sunbeds
for all the guests.
At night it was quite dark on the walkways e.g. on the way to the parking lot.
Overall a 4.5/5 for us.
Hotel Room:
Very spacious bathroom, living/lounging area and balcony. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a small working area.
You could choose yourself which towels and linen you wanted to be changed.
The overall cleanliness, room equipment and lighting in the room was a 4/5 for us.
Food:
Breakfast had everything you wanted from an international breakfast to thai specific breakfast items. They changed a lot of things daily but also had the everyday items like egg, bacon, sausages, toast, fried rice, noodles (all in quite a few different variants).
Overall a 4/5 for us.
Activities/Events:
During our stay there were 2 weddings, which were announced ahead of time in a letter to every, so we knew in which area if the hotel and at what time (we didnt notice any disturbances like loud noise or anything during those either)
We went kayaking once which was fun but not that
easy on open water.
Nongnooch Garden is basically just across the
street (recommend strongly to visit) aswell as
Aquaverse (Waterpark).
Most of the time that we weren't outside we spent relaxing and enjoying the nature at the pool, beach and from the room/balcony.
Overall a 4/5 for us.

Upon check-in, we were offered a room upgrade to a higher class (thank you Jeet). We had full board meals, we were given coupons for lunch and dinner, we could come to the restaurant at any time (until 23:00). At first we didn’t like the food, there was a lot of deep fat, flour, and spicy food. We contacted Jeet at the reception, he helped us with this issue, they gave us an extended menu where we could vary our diet for lunch and dinner, the breakfast was excellent, a large selection, like in many hotels, it is almost the same, in the morning they prepare freshly squeezed pineapple juices, dragonfruit, papaya, watermelon and melon (these fruits are also available in slices, there is no mango at all). Every morning Suwanee came up to us for breakfast and asked if we liked everything? do you have any requests? Everything suited us, thank you.
Thank you very much Tommy, he helped every day with the choice of dishes, and also responded to our recommendations for dishes, a very attentive and friendly restaurant manager.
The room was cleaned every day, there was plenty of drinking water, slippers for home and for the beach, your own beach bag, bathrobes, and disposable bathroom amenities. By the way, there was no iron in the room, maybe they can provide it upon request...
The hotel is dominated by more Russian tourists, some of whom do not know how to behave politely towards others. In the morning, many, like wild people, occupy the sun loungers by the pool and do not come for half the day. Thank you very much Ton (waiter) always prepared the same sun lounger for us. He also worked as a waiter in a restaurant, the only one who brought a glass of water with coffee and was attentive to us.
There is no animation in the hotel.
In general, I would like to contact the hotel management and ask Jeet, Tommy, Ton to give a bonus for excellent performance of their duties. They are very active at work, compared to other colleagues.
There are few sun loungers with mattresses on the beach, the beach is cleared of garbage, but during the day with high tide, the water brings garbage that is uncomfortable to swim with! We kindly ask you to more thoroughly remove garbage on the beach and in the water, especially every couple of hours!!!
Compared to other beaches, the water here is still clean, we went to the military beach, it is no different from the beach at the hotel.
The vegetation on the site is very large and beautiful, and is very well looked after. Various squirrels are running, different birds are singing, we saw a couple of snakes (like snakes) they are safe, they crawl away at the sight of people, fish swim in reservoirs.
We can confidently recommend this hotel for a quiet holiday. This is the best option in Pattaya.

A little note to the owner: the mask is no longer necessary and especially not in this heat. Have mercy on us

We were delighted with all the hotel staff, their courtesy, service and amazing communication. Every waiter knew we were having coffee around 2pm and came himself to ask if we wanted 2 coffees before 2pm :) All the staff was attentive to the habits and expectations of the guests. Corporate companies could learn Communication from the hotel staff:) Special thanks to the Customer Relations Manger, whose attention to customer satisfaction was amazing, which I have never encountered in any hotel so far.
We also enjoyed the spa and fantastic Thai massages, performed by experienced staff, which restore fitness in an incredible way!
The hotel is a bit outside the attractions of Pattaya city, but the Bolt rides are really cheap and comfortable.
If anyone is looking for a place for an incredible vacation, in silence, with birds singing, then I would definitely recommend Sea Sand and Sun Hotel :)
The staff is very nice and helpful, they will always help, leave more water in the room or give you a ride in a melex.
The location is quite far from Pattaya, but for 200 baht you can take Bolt to the center.
Additionally, walking along the beach you can reach the street with pubs in 15 minutes.
The hotel restaurant is quite expensive and you have to take into account an additional 10% service and 7% tax, but the dishes themselves are delicious and the portions are large.
Personally, I recommend it and I will come back for chemistry here again

You are warmly welcomed for breakfast by Mrs. Suwannee, the manager, and asked about the condition and whether there is anything missing or you have wishes. Afterwards, you are escorted to the table and provided with a rich buffet and drinks, which are also passed on unsolicited. The hotel's restaurant Horizon (which is not expensive compared to Germany) can convince with very good selection and quality.
Since the resort is just outside, you also have to mention and praise the shuttle service and lobby. Twice a day, the shuttle to Pattaya will take you to Central (about 45 minutes due to the heavy traffic) and pick up your guests. Everything at the lobby is organized by Jeet with his staff. Also the internal transport, if necessary luggage, etc., is done with e-cars.
Conclusion: We felt very comfortable in this family atmosphere. This hotel can be recommended without hesitation and we had not been there the last time.
