We chose this hotel on the recommendation of fellow passengers from a previous trip and did not regret it! Everything went so well that we envy ourselves :)))) The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, they are all so cute 🥰 Cleaning every day, clean, beautiful, always everything is there and water, and all those boxes and bottles in the bathroom (you can bring nothing, even a razor). We had a large, cozy family room for 4 persons (me and 3 children 15, 11 and 11 years old), with a bunk bed, a large double bed, a sofa, a table, a huge modern TV with yu-tube (the children appreciated when relaxing in the evenings), a balcony with sea view and a beautiful sunset, but no view to the neighbors 👑And a huge bathroom. In addition to tea and instant coffee there is also a capsule coffee machine, which coffee lovers will no doubt appreciate:) We asked for a higher floor - we were accommodated on the 31st floor, highly recommended - at night we slept with the doors open to the balcony and it was cool and quiet, there was only a soothing noise of the waves 🫶 Breakfast we always enjoyed, a lot of different dishes, vegetables and fruit, the children appreciated the delicious pastries and ice cream 😋 We had dinner in a cafe near the hotel, sometimes took a taxi to Jomtien, where the location is busier, use the Bolt app - fast, inexpensive and comfortable!!! Thank you Konstantin, our hotel guide from tour operator Biblio Globe, he talks wonderfully about all the nuances and gives valuable recommendations ❤️ It is also very nice that the hotel has Russian-speaking managers - Maria m Andrey, they were great to talk to, you feel surrounded by care 🥰🫶🙏 For children there is a children's club, swimming pool, playground with water entertainment, on the beach you can take sapas or kayaks (free of charge), there is a football field, well, in general, you don't have to miss :))) I can't describe everything in detail, it can be done for hours :))) Just say in conclusion : we were VERY satisfied and would love to come back here again ❤️❤️❤️

One of the best hotels on Jomtien beach. And the beach is long - 20 kilometers. And hotels here for a hundred. The 35-38 floor building is divided into two parts. In the higher, 38-storey half - apartments, hotel in the 35-storey part. We live in a large room (67 sq m) on the highest, 35th floor with a large balcony and beautiful views of the sea, Jomtien beach and the yacht club parking lot. The hotel has a convenient location, excellent gentle clean beach with good sea entrance and fine ochre sand. People at the hotel now, in the off-season, not much. There are enough beds for everyone. The water in the sea and pools is very warm, about 29-30 degrees. Pool one, or rather two next to each other - a small nursery and a huge adult. There's a couple of water pots. For children there is a small children's playground inside the building and a large playground outside. A few restaurants. On the poolside street, a restaurant with democratic prices is almost always full. Two hundred meters west on the beach there is a very inexpensive restaurant with a good cook and delicious food. Dinner can also be had in a street food court a kilometre along the route closer to the centre of Pattaya. The cleaning is very good. The staff handles all our questions. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Wide (probably 1.5 meters) upholstered comfortable beds allow families with two small children to live even in double rooms. At least it's in our room. In-room coffee machine and all necessary facilities for a five-star hotel. Lots of closets. Totally opaque curtains on the windows. Of the minor problems - nuances of uneven lighting of the room, lack of current in some outlets in our room, uneven cooling of the room with air conditioning. The hotel is 14 years old and unfortunately it's starting to feel. No initial shine and gloss. But for us, that is not decisive.

This is our 2nd visit to the Movenpick at Na Jomtien and both have been great. The hotel location a short walk from the marina is excellent, as are the views over the beach with islands such as Ko Larn in the distance. The lobby is bright and modern and the reception team are always ready to greet you with a smile and traditional Thai welcome. We’ve eaten in all restaurants and we’ve never had a bad meal, the steak house in particular is excellent. The pool is superb, it’s large enough never to feel overcrowded with a cool swim up bar. The staff around the pool area are very attentive, especially during happy hour (3-5PM), we particularly remember team leader Aoey (hopefully got that right), who was always keen to spend a few minutes talking to all of the guests. The beach location is great, you turn left and it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the marina, or turn right and you can walk for around 30mins stopping at various beach bars along the way. For the price and location I think it’s remarkable value for money and I would strongly recommend the hotel if you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Jomtien centre, but only a 15min Bolt ride away when you do.

We stayed at the Movenpick hotel with our family, the hotel was clean, comfortable, excellent choice of food for breakfast, lots of fruit. Breakfasts on the terrace in the fresh air were a special pleasure. Clean beach and pool, there are always free and comfortable sun loungers on the beach, plus towels available, delicious pizza in the cafe in the evenings, all rooms overlook the coast, which is a big plus, you can hear the sound of the surf at night, bed linen and towels were changed daily, drinking water water in glass containers, tea, coffee, sugar were brought to the room every day, special respect to the beds, large comfortable, pillows are a fairy tale. The room had everything you need for your stay, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, safe, detergents. All the staff are polite and attentive, I especially want to mention the Russian-speaking employee Andrey, an attentive and helpful guy, always ready to help, Masha at the reception was also always helpful. The pool is large and clean, there was always enough space in it. The rooms have a large bathroom and shower. The hotel area is not large, but well maintained, everything is clean and tidy. Free boats and paddle boards on the beach. Of the minuses, there is no clothes dryer on the balcony, you come from the beach and there is no place to dry your swimsuits, there was a dirty rug on the floor in the room that required urgent washing, it was unpleasant to stand on with your feet, and instead of a vacuum cleaner, the service staff swept the floor with a broom, it seemed strange. But these are minor things. I would also like to see lunches added to the services, since walking through the heat of lunchtime to nearby cafes, and they are not that close to the hotel, well, it’s not comme il faut at all. And the bar on the ground floor is not justifiably expensive.

We stayed here for three nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Upon checking in at 3 PM, we headed to our room with a lot of luggage as we were traveling with a small child. After waiting for a long time without our bags, my husband had to go downstairs to collect a couple of them himself. The staff saw him struggling but didn’t offer any assistance. When he returned, I called the call center, provided our room number and bag tags, and requested that they deliver the remaining bags while we went swimming. By the time we returned at 5 PM, the bags still hadn’t arrived, and we had to call again to follow up.
One evening, we had dinner at the beachfront restaurant. While we were still eating, a waitress came over and asked if we wanted to order anything else. When we said, “no, thank you,” she immediately handed us the bill, making us feel rushed as though they wanted us to leave. It wasn’t even near closing time, as we had only started eating at 6:00 PM.
The staff overall were neither helpful nor friendly. I requested an extra chair for our small child, but the waiter, who I believe was named Game (a tall man with glasses working the Friday morning shift), refused, saying they couldn’t provide one. Additionally, several things in the room didn’t work, including the scale and the safe. A major inconvenience was the keycard malfunction, which required us to ask staff to unlock the door multiple times on our checkout day.
The checkout process was another disaster. We had to wait in a long queue for a bellboy to help with our bags. With inadequate, untrained, and unprofessional staff, we eventually decided to carry all eight bags ourselves from the 16th floor while managing our 3-year-old. The staff just stood by, smiling and giving us a polite wai, without offering any real help. No one assisted us in loading our bags into the car either. What a frustrating experience!

Relaxed at this hotel from 25.09 to 03.10. It's great! About the hotel: •Excellent Deluxe Room: wide bed with quality mattress, bath, shower, sea view; clean everywhere; every day clean the room, change towels (nowhere have I seen such large towels!), fill hygiene products, soap shampoo, conditioner in dispensers, drinking water, tea, coffee, cream; razor kit on request, washcloths not provided, bathrobes eaten., water supplied 2b, and even 4 •Breakfast from 06.00-10.30: both European and Asian (as the bulk of holidaymakers are Chinese). Cheeses of 4 kinds, sausages, fruit, yogurt, soups, boiled eggs, fried, omelet , pastries, greens, pork in various variations, ice cream, jams, coffee from coffee machine, juices. It's all replenished, no problem. There are a lot of guests on the weekend - but there's room for everyone! I haven't been to dinners or lunches. •Long coastline, after breakfast you can take a walk, sunbeds are not occupied, towels are large , can be changed during the day. The beach is visible only for Russians, mostly everything by the pool! •Employees are all friendly, there is a Russian-speaking Maria at the reception, the others also understand and respond through an interpreter. The main road is taken by electric car - very convenient, if you return with packages in the evening - then the security officer will call the car and you will be taken to the hotel(afternoon for some reason)! • To the shopping mall "Terminal 21 Pattaya" carries 2 deck bus, in the evening when the air conditioning blew perfectly, in the day when the driving was very weak. • From 16-17:00 chocolate hour : cereal in different types of chocolate+ brownie cakes • Great plus- silence at night!!! We can sleep it off! About the neighborhood: From the main road 10 minutes walk all establishments : massage parlours (I liked "Salatai"), pharmacies across the street, 7-Eleven shops on both sides, all eat in the cafe by Tui(very delicious , prices inexpensive) across the street . You can take a taxi to other shopping malls, evening market., I've driven a couple of times, only follow the map through the MAPS.me app where they take you , because they can stop you somewhere other than where you indicated. Distance from Pattaya's entire evening life can be considered a plus and minus for anyone who needs anything!

This is wonderful place to take a vacation or even a long weekend if you are passing through. I definitely recommend including breakfast with your stay. They have a lot to offer for anyone that is staying. The room was nice and large and they all face the water which is awesome along with a balcony. Bathroom was clean and they offer shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. The only down fall I could say is that if you don't get a chair or lounger early in the morning there will not be any to be found. At first I thought the staff just put towels on the chairs/loungers for anyone that wanted them. Wrong. People would put towels down and go away for hours. The staff were all nice and welcoming from beginning to end.
