Deep in jungle and bang on the beach what a location. Very well equipped rooms lovely restaurant with great food. Beautiful bar and beach. The owner was bit over-reactive but all in all good time we had. It was Birthday celebration and staff supported very well to create surprise.

We have just returned form our honeymoon at Nuarro and are so pleased with our choice. We could not have picked a better place to spend a few (too few) glorious days. The absolute highlight of Nuarro is the hospitality of Isabel, Yannick and their team. We were extremely well cared for throughout our stay and treated like visiting friends....

My husband and I visited Nuarro with our toddler and her grandparents and had an unforgettable week. After an admittedly bumpy ride from Nacala to Nuarro, we found ourselves in two beautiful chalets overlooking a gorgeous beach and bay. The chalets are tastefully decorated with locally made goods, immaculately clean with comfortable beds, luxury linens and perfectly maintained walk-in mosquito...

Nuarro is in a beautiful bay. The large rooms are sea front and keep the environmental friendly approach at the same time they are definitely luxury. But the highlight is definitely the scuba diving experience. Besides the Excellent and new equipment (i mean really top quality). Ricardo and Susana, the couple who manage both the scuba centre and the lodge...

In reference to ex Nuarro family Laura & Heloisa the Brazilian sisters, the most welcomed host I ever seen . The same flexibility I found with Isabel when I visited the lodge last. Very Unique type of beach-face chalets with natural air circulation. A good example of Eco-tourism and cultural connection. Super delicious sea food available enjoyed with sea faced...

Isabel & Yannick were charming hosts during our 5-night stay. They treat the rest of the staff with great respect, which in turn meant the service was great overall. Carlos, the stand-in diving instructor, was fantastic and super friendly. We are not certified divers; but always felt safe with him during our two dives. It is not the Great Barrier...

We spent ten days with our family of four (with 2 kids aged 8 and 10) and another family at Nuarro and had the most wonderful holiday. The lodge is set in an idyllic bay - fringed with palm trees and white sand, like something out of an old post card, the reef off the beach for snorkelling is spectacular...

Nuarro lodge is a wonderful resort, unobtrusively set in a stunning combination of beach and bush. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming making every effort to make our stay perfect. The diving is fantastic even in 10m dives, with fantastic diving instructors and all the gear you may need. The fish was to die for....

What a great set up with the 12 lovely eco chalets spread out along the bay. As a family with children of 9 and 10 years old we greatly enjoyed daily snorkeling on the coral reef directly in front of the beach. We also loved wandering around the rock pools when the tide was out, stargazing after dinner by the...
