Right place, clean quiet in annex, plenty of parking .Beefeater across court food as you would expect from them ,bar OK breakfast a good choice hot and cold. Reason for stay early appointment in Southampton Hospital less than 10 minutes away and just off M27

Clean and basic one night stay. Room fine reception ok. Beefeater onsite which was good. Two things to be aware of this hotel has no lift at all to upper 1st floor rooms so if you have mobility problems be aware of this. Also we were informed that this hotel does not do late checkouts due to not having enough...

We had a family get together on a Friday night. Stayed in the family room. Very clean and comfortable. Very pleasant receptionist. Breakfast at the Beefeater was very pleasant. All together excellent value.

Love Premier Inns normally but this one was cold. After speaking to a team Member we did get an extra heater which made the room warm eventually. But alas my sleep was very broken sleep due to wall mounted thermostat clicking all night, perhaps it wasn't woking properly hence the cold room.

Overall I found this hotel to be well worth the price. I did have a few small issues however with the WiFi not actually connecting after you enter your email address and also the heating in the room seemed to be set on some economy mode as the room temperature failed to get anything above "warmish" otherwise a good stay!

I stayed for a couple of business trips over the Christmas and New Year period. The hotel is on a busy main road but it is set well back-there are two main accommodation blocks, with the rooms numbered as 1-- set in the block much further back from the road, and the rooms numbered as 2-- were in a separate...

My sons like Premier Inn, because unlike some other chains the family rooms offer three decent beds. We came for the football and would have preferred to be in the City Centre hotel where we stayed before but it was fully booked. This one got the nod over the airport branch because the parking was free (OK, I'm easily pleased!)...
