We stayed at the Robinhood Resort for 3 nights so I could participate in the Big Bear Triathlon. Not only was the location perfect for the triathlon, the location is right in the Village so it was easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room itself was average, a bit outdated, but it was clean and fairly...

We stayed there for 1 night and everything was in great shape. Clean and well equipped room. Room has everything you need to stay for couple of nights. It's not a fancy hotel but for the price it's the best choice,

We planned this stay with relevance to Trip Adviser. Resort was nice, reasonably priced and close to restaurants. Small but clean and comfortable room. We just stayed the one nice. Chose not have dinner there after finding and walking to an actual Brewery where we had a couple beers and nice meal.

Beds were extremely hard and when we tried to take a bath no hot water. On top of this management was very rude and condescending. I guess it was a joke on us when we were told we would be getting an upgraded room. We are not laughing. This is absolutely the worst room in our three months of traveling...

I took my 10 year old son for an overnight trip to Big Bear for snow and fishing. The The Robinhood is in an excellent location right next to the Village. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a flat screen TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There was free WiFi and it worked well. We...

I spent three nights while skiig Summit. Best snow making anywhere. Recently bought by Mammoth Mountain. Has an ok resturant attached to resort with discount card for those staying on site. The beds are bug and great. Bathrooms are clean but dated. Mostly only with showers. Good flat screen tv.

The hotel is nothing special and appears to be a bit run down. Nevertheless the rooms are clean and the house keeping is adequate. The high light of this hotel is it's location at the "maingate" of the village and just across the street from the lake and the Marina.

Good location, only a short drive away from the mountains. Staff were very accommodating as we booked on the spot. Parking is available. Room was warm. The rooms are a bit dated, but I felt like they were clean anyway.

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and professional. Our room was in the Sherwood building on the second floor in a good location. The room had a small kitchenette that consisted of a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, eating utensils, plates,...
