We stayed only 2 nights..end of July. 30th wedding anniversary. This place is 1/2 block from the Village... a few steps to the water. You can get a room, or a cabin. We had a one room cabin.. Had THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed, a stove, a fridge, a sink, a microwave, a coffer maker, a big TV, a DVD/VCR player,...

Our stay at the cabins was lovely! The location was perfect and right on the water. We stayed in the hotel portion and our room was so rustic and adorable! There are plenty of things to do in Big Bear Lake and we had an amazing time! The room was pretty much perfect except for the shower lining. It was...

I live in LA and wanted to get the family out of they city, for a nice quiet getaway. I booked a two bedroom cabin for two nights (Wednesday through Friday) and it was more than $500. I checked in and was given a cabin (257) right next to the main street. I mean 10-15 feet away and that street...

We came on the 4th of July. Yes, it is a holiday, but a "hotel" should be prepared to be at capacity. Parking was a mess- they claim spots are dedicated to each room, but they are not marked and people park randomly, and take 2-3 spots since there are no markings. The room had no AC, which is common...

What a pleasant stay my family and I had. Visiting from Australia and not planning on visiting Big Bear but deciding on a Monday to drive up from LA. On arrival we found this perfect place. We booked a 1 bedroom and it offered everything we would could need. This property is so pretty and we enjoyed walking the grounds...

This place is cozy and near the lake... It's comfortable and is synonymous with the woodsy feel of the area... What was neat was waking up to sleet in the morning... I would definitely stay here again...

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Creek side Motel area to the left of the office. I like this place for many reasons which include the following: Pool and Jacuzzi were at just the right temperatures, they have a pool table inside the office, and videos you can rent. They are extremely friendly, and have a private park with...

Ryan Vasquez id'd himself as the manager after screaming at both myself and the expedia representative who were trying to resolve an incorrect charge for a reservation and then punitively cancelled my reservation after I told him I was uncomfortable with giving him my credit card information after he repeatedly demanded it, without further investigation with someone more professional. BTW...
