Very disappointing. No communal living space. Aircon turns off at night and restart at 6am. Staff come in to clean and reminds you it's 10am checkout everyday your there. Motels a better option next time. Not enough room here to put everything wrong

Not sure about the Emerald room as we stayed in another. If you ring the mobile number on the web site you should get the owner who would be able to help. He was most accommodating when we had to arrive late.
