We stayed at the Bluebell B & B for 4 nights and although every morning there was a house keeper on site from 8am til 12 noon, not once did we get clean towels or our beds made. Breakfast and kitchen area was clean and breakfast was only cereal and toast. My other complaint was that the house keeper stood...

Very disappointing. No communal living space. Aircon turns off at night and restart at 6am. Staff come in to clean and reminds you it's 10am checkout everyday your there. Motels a better option next time. Not enough room here to put everything wrong

Well furnished room with free parking that is close to everything - walking distance to Box Hill, the defector China Town in the Eastern Suburbs, Blackburn & Laburnum and no shortage of restaurants and eatries around with multiple train stations to choose from. Tibor the manager was great. Despite the mess we ended up with bcos of lastminute.com.au and their...

We were only on a short trip to Melbourne but had a pleasant stay at Bluebell. We ended up arriving later than normal due to some problems at the airport but the owner was very accommodating in arranging late access for us. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable, and breakfast was a self serve continental. The location is...

We stayed here (2 adults, 2 babies) for two nights and had a positive experience. For what we paid we felt it was good value. The B&B can be hard to spot driving down the road but once you know where it is it's easy to relocate. It is not near the city so perhaps not in the best location...

Neat, clean and tidy. Third year I've stayed at the same period. Train station is 5 minutes walk and it's an easy commute into the city. If you're self sufficient and want to save a few dollars by not being right in the middle of town - but have easy access, this is a good option. Train ride into town...

Can highly recommend this B&B - room was lovely & comfortable, owner's greeting was very welcoming and good continental breakfast. Normally when away from home, have trouble sleeping in an unfamiliar place; for the first time ever had 3 good night's sleep during the stay. Will book again next time I am in Melbourne.

Had a nice stay for 4 nights right up to the last day when we were treated pretty poorly by the House Keeper, Julie. We were earlier told that breakfast was flexibile even up to 10.30am (by the owner) but after we had checked out at 10am on the last day and while we were having breakfast we were told...

As we were visiting family nearby, the location suited us very well. It is close by the railway station and suburban shopping, and a one stop train ride to Box Hill shopping complex. The rooms were meticulously clean and of a good standard, with ensuite, TV, fridge, and good bedside lighting. The breakfast room is elegant, and the property has...

We chose this B&B as it seemed close to Melbourne for our first 4 day sight-seeing trip to the city. Unfortunately, the property was just a little too far outside of the city centre being 40 minutes by train and a walk. The train service was excellent however, although the graffitti is very extensive on the route and it is...
