We booked this hotel for a party in Stroud . On arrival a short wait as Reception is not always manned but once The very helpful Gentleman arrived he was helpful and chatty carried our case to our room . I was surprised to be allocated a room in the garden area of the Hotel however the walk through is...

Thank-you and I'm glad you enjoyed our lovely garden on a sunny day. Our table l'dote menu is available Monday- Saturday 12.30-2.30pm and changes regularly . Two courses for £9.95 or three courses for £12.95. There are normally a choice of three options on each course with atleast being gluten free. Our normal bar menu and restaurant menu are also...

The location was beautiful and we felt quite optimistic as we entered the inn. The surrounding countryside is absolutely stunning and cannot be faulted. The main building of the inn also looks very nice including the restaurant, bar and reception areas. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive. I booked an overnight stay and evening meal as a birthday treat...

We stayed here for one night on our way to Glastonbury. It was the first time we had taken our dog on holiday with us and was a bit apprehensive but we had no worries he was welcome and it was like home from home very clean, food was delicious and the room was very comfortable, shame we had only...

This was the place during a 12 day visit to the U.K. where we felt the most 'American'. The front desk guy (also the waiter, the bartender, the bell hop), couldn't seem to understand us AT ALL (and we're from Colorado, so nothing really to trip him up, we thought). He kept looking at us like we were from another...

Hello, Thank-you for taking the time to leave a reveiw on your stay and give us your feedback. I am delighted that the majority of your stay was lovely and saddened that this particular member of staff let us down so badly. My wife and I stayed here on the beautiful warm weekend just before Easter (along with Otis, our Boxer dog). The Amebrely Inn is truly welcoming with excellent bar and restaurant facilities and a good, albeit not extensive menu. We stayed on the ground floor in one of the outside cottages - very spacious and leading out into the lovely...

Fantastic service and so clean. Carpet looked brand new in my room and stunning views. Great bathroom and bedroom - plenty of space and large wardrobe. Nice and warm and got the afternoon /evening sun coming in to front window. Loved their breakfast and dinner - I had the duck salad and omelette / continental for breakfast. All the staff...

Such a beautiful spot. And the view from our room was so lovely. A pity then that the room itself was somewhat tired and in desperate need of some TLC. The lack of a wardrobe seems to be more common place these days, but the damp patches, deteriorating paint and some pretty uninspiring art work and lighting fixtures gave the...

Thank-you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Your room had a small amount of water damage in the bay window which I must say has not bothered other guests in the slightest, unfortunately a old inn has a constant maintenance programme happening and before repaint it needs to be completely dry as I am assure you would appreciate....
