From the boat ride to the warm welcome, to the exclusive but sustainable concept and interior of the entire resort, it is relaxing and soothing at the same time! Highly competent and friendly staff who read your every wish from your lips. The food is good, the selection could be a bit bigger. The villas are extremely spacious and naturally furnished! A unique stay! Highly recommended for a few days, child-friendly.
The staff were incredible - all extremely professional - well trained and genuine. I had Tri as my GEM and he was exceptional at his job - you could tell he genuinely had a passion for what he does. Excellent stay and it's now a special place to me - will be back ASAP.
What a great place to go. Service was above and beyond all expectations, food is excellent and the rooms are just perfect. I stayed in the one with beach access and absolutely love it. They also have some daily activities to do fun stuff and great options for families with kids. They organize private dinners in different spots around the property. I did one in the jetty and was very special overlooking the bay. Spa treatment is the best I had in all of the luxury hotels I ever stayed in. Highly highly recommend it!
We haven’t long returned from a 9 night stay and are simply blown away by how magical our stay was here. From the moment we arrived at the airport until the moment we checked back in to return, the staff were phenomenal, we have never experienced service and care in such a way. Arriving on the speedboat and catching your first glimpse of this magical place is just breathtaking, its difficult to find the words to describe it. Myself and my partner are well travelled and have experienced many top resorts across the world, yet nothing can compare to the hospitality, service and scenery that this resort offers. I was simply blown away by the staff and how lovely every single staff me ever you meet is, nothing is too much trouble. And the resorts ethos is not just words on paper, they all live and breathe it daily. Activities were in abundance and even with a few rainy days there was always something to do. From candle making, cooking classes, hiking with the GM, taking part in the beach clean up with staff or collecting the eggs for breakfast from the chickens in the morning, we loved every single minute of our stay. The food was superb and the chef even welcomes requests and the kitchen prepared us a chicken curry one evening upon request. Without a doubt we shall be making a return visit very soon, I am not sure we will ever find somewhere that will compare. Thank you Benjamin and your wonderful team, we have many memories from our stay which we shall treasure forever. See you all again soon!…
This is my third time back to Six Senses Ninh Vân Bay and I brought my boyfriend with for his first time (also to Vietnam) Though it was the 3rd time, the place has never been old to me. There must be reasons why I keep coming back everytime I go back to Vietnam in summer, and I am telling you why: 1) Amazing resort surrounded by incredible nature and beach. That excites me everytime when I am on the boat getting close to the resort. What a best way to enter the resort to be honest! 2) Absolutely amazing people! I love how they greeted us from the beginning to every single detail of actions showing that we were so welcomed there. We loved the beverage the snacks served when we arrived. Everyone, from the managers to house keepers and staffs, was very friendly and adorable and also available anytime we needed for help and guidance. 3) The food was so delicious as I could tell they really worked on improving the food everytime I visited. Breakfast was served with a variety to suit everyone's preferences and the bar was also very amazing with fresh juice/smoothie and coffee upon requested. 4) The facilities are what I love a lot from the resort. Very spacious and thoughtful in terms of design. It does not have the dazzling vibe. Just very simple, organic, yet somehow really high end and luxurious. We loved the beach front villa that we stayed as we were facing the beautiful beach with a medium private warm swimming pool and an upstair lounge for a look out. Privacy is a plus as we felt very safe and quiet during our stay. 5) Spa and activities such as yoga and sports were really awesome as well. The massage treatment was soooooo good that both of us were very satisfied. Recommend!!! Snorkeling and kayaking and hiking are all complimentary activities to bolster our experience and help us connect with nature at the resort. 6) Last but not least, the langurs appeared when we were having breakfast by the restaurant's balcony. So cute as we were so lucky to see them out and about during our stay. Can't never get enough and we will definitely comeback next time!…
This resort is a dream of Paradise. It’s a stunning oasi inside the jungle on a beautiful bay with the best sea! I booked there because I read that Nha Trang area is the best for diving , and I did my best dives in Vietnam (Madonna Rock and another small island). The resort organized perfectly my diving trip. I had an excellent GEM (mine was Gin, and I believe all of them are so!) that took care of me perfectly during all my staying, for anything she was there , very active and initiatively, no need to ask anything she always did everything perfect! I staying in the hill top villa, it has a stunning view to the bay and I really liked to be immersive in the jungle (but you need to be ready to walk cause buggy service doesn’t reach there). Next time I will try the rock villa , so beautiful on the rocks by the sea! The food was delicious and pity I couldn’t dine in the wine cave as it was booked all the nights, next time! They Organize daily different restaurants experiences , and they have a full program of very interesting activities (like the morning hiking, the earth lab workshops, the spa classes etc). Every morning you can go to their chicken farm and pick up your eggs for breakfast, it was a very nice experience I really enjoy and had the best egg of my life (as super fresh!). The overall food is very fresh coming from their farms and garden in the resort. Spa treatments also are excellent and very professional. If I really have to mention something to go beyond perfection I would suggest to have better equipment in the gym (preferably technogym and new machines) and to make sure that all the staff from the GEM (no issue) to the line staff (issues!) speak English as it was literally impossible to communicate with spa therapists , waiters and beach assistance , the feeling was they learned exactly what they have to say to customers and that’s it but if you ask any simple questions they don’t understand you, but they are all very nice and kind , just need to have a basic English. Anyway I am sure they will look into these details and they will fix cause the management is really great and they literally adore the guests. It was an unforgettable staying, I hope to come back soon and definitely truly recommended!…
This lovely resort combines the beautiful backdrop of mountains and hills set upon a coral beach surrounded by pristine bouldering rocks and blue sea. It’s a sight to behold for sure! We stayed in a Rock Villa which had the most stunning view across the bay. The charming wooden villa was well equipped and comfortable. Accessibility was a struggle for this particular villa (#4) as we had to climb many flights of rocky stairs to get to a location where we could then get a resort buggy. Accordingly we had to plan our days carefully to limit the number of trips to and from our villa, without being too exhausted in the heat. We could have opted for an alternative location on the beach with better accessibility but we would have missed out on the amazing view and it was at least good exercise for us! A highlight of our stay was being treated one morning with a visit from 20 Langur Monkeys. The resort is a sanctuary for this endangered species. They came to say hello and had a little play in the trees above our villa before heading off on their day. Simply an amazing experience. Our Guest Experience Manager (GEM) Near was fantastic. Such a personable man who went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. He was always on hand to assist with our every need. It was so great to see the management all around the resort, speaking with guests to ensure that everyone was happy and enjoying their stay. The spa treatments we had were wonderful. The masseurs are clearly highly skilled and provided very relaxing massages. The experiences offered by the hotel are excellent and really added something special to our stay, from sundowner drinks and canapés, to a boat trip on the bay. So much to see and do alongside relaxing time by your private pool. We enjoyed breakfast and understand that the hotel has much planned for its food and beverage offering moving forward. Overall, highly recommended!…
This is a late review. I had been eyeing this property for quite some time and finally, my husband and I visited Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in November 2021. We stayed here for 3 nights. Though we went in the rainy season, it rained for just a couple of hours on 2 days and the third day was sunny. As soon as our boat approached the property, we were captivated by the magnificent landscape. We stayed in hilltop villa 3 from where the view was splendid; I could gaze at it all day long without getting bored. The best part was the bathtub overlooking the bay where one could a relaxing time soaking in the view. The resort has a plethora of activities and excursions to keep the guests entertained. Buffet breakfast had a selection of fresh fruit juices to choose from. The bakery items were optimally sweetened. The food at the restaurant was good but perhaps the restaurant can expand the menu to add some dishes from different popular cuisines. During our stay, we enjoyed a rejuvenating massage at the spa and took a sunset cruise. We would highly recommend the latter as it was a mesmerizing experience. We also enjoyed hiking and biking around the resort. Overall, we had a near perfect stay at this stunning resort. I say 'near perfect' because we saw a rat run across our villa on one night. Though I understand that this place is built in the lap of nature, but sharing your villa with a rodent is not expected in a five star. Also, we feel this place is slightly overpriced. Had it not been for the deal we got, we may not have visited this resort. But having said that, this resort is worth staying in if one is a luxury traveler. In fact, we also recommended it to some of our friends who visited the resort after trip. Lastly, I would like to thank our GEM Mr. Tri who was quite friendly and took care of our requirements. The restaurant staff and the resort manager/staffs also regularly connected with us during our stay to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you for that. Relaxing The whole experience was relaxing and you don’t feel like guests are on top of each other. They do some theme nights at restaurants for dinner. We went to the duck one which supposedly fine dining at the rock restaurant but we were disappointed by the lack of attentive service and patchy - food came out with a big gap on the second main course. The duck was over cooked and one of us has the wine pairing which we had to remind them that they have not given any for one of the course. It is expensive and not sure the pairings were right for the dishes ( eg. gave white wine for duck dishes). During the day, we stayed in our villa. They have plenty of activities that you can do which you won’t get bored of. The activities are quite varied so they suits anyone with range of interests for both adults and children. Rustic The aesthetic is beautifully curated. As someone who live and work in the big city, it is a nice escape. Some design are pretty smart to keep with the aesthetic. Perhaps you can say the same with their service. Not one to blow my own horns but I have been fortunate to stay at some amazing resorts and their service for the given price is better valued. For example, simple things for the staff to understand our requirements after staying several nights such as not liking seafood and hence don’t want to order fish for one of us is not hard to remember. Or even to remember our names which many top top rated resorts do. I am not saying they are not great but there is another level of service they can improve on compared to similar price range resorts within the country. Rigid Not sure if it’s communication but they seems to pretty rigid on most things. We had a cooking class booked but as one of us doesn’t eat seafood, we ask to swap some ingredients out to vegetables. We don’t think it’s a lot of hassle as some fish pieces can be swapped with tofu and any functioning kitchen should have those easily available? But they can’t cope with that with a day notice so had to change to another day. We also requested for the ‘sun down’ activities where they give you cocktails and some small candles. We asked at 4pm ish for 5:30pm but it was too late. Our booking package including ability to select 6 free activities. However, it would have been useful to tell us which activity only available at certain day so it is not falsely assume we can pick some of our favourites. Please make sure you ask them in advance and plan ahead! Don’t get me wrong, it is a beautiful resort and not too bad. But my rating and comments reflect the higher expectations you would do based on the value of money. They do the “big” things well such as my GEM went all out to buy me a suitcase from the town as my one was broken. However, they need to refine the “smaller” details to give them the extra edge.…
I was able to have a perfect rest during my stay at Six Sense Ninban Bay Nha Trang. It was inconvenient Because it takes about an hour to dock by car, and then about 20 minutes by boat, but I forgot all about it as soon as I arrived there. The schedule paper with activities that can be done on a time-to-time basis was very helpful in scheduling what to do during the stay. Our children loved sailing around the island, paddle boats, and snorkeling Lying on a sunbed near the beach bar and watching the sunset seems unforgettable. It was also good to be able to go around the island by bicycle in each room. All the food was great. But it's all thanks to our room manager hoai uyen that makes all of this 200% enjoyable. She helped us stay comfortable during our stay.My daughter had enteritis, she called in a nurse to prescribe medicine, prepared porridge, and check if it was okay from time to time to time.I could enjoy the resort better because the room manager gave me detailed information about the hotel. All the staff were friendly and the best service.I will come back again next time…
