The hotel was comfortable, the workers very good and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel was close to our destination points. Very good walks by the harbour and bay. Will return in the future.

Hotel appeared clean and followed COVD guidelines. Staff was friendly. In the morning was a small breakfast, coffee/tea, pre-packaged pastries. Room was clean, good size, comfy bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, nice TV. But what spoiled our stay was the noise coming from the a/c unit. Constant loud noise while it was running, and it was too hot in the room to turn it off. Unfortunately we got very little sleep. Upon check in the clerk did mention they were full and turning people away, so I felt it would be pointless to ask for another room. But, the hotel itself was good.

I was unable to continue my stay at another hotel because they had no housekeeping staff working due to the pandemic. Checked in without a reservation when other hotels in the area were not taking 'walk-ins'. Desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was excellent and clean, Housekeeping were obviously serious about their responsibilities. Stayed 6 nights and can't find fault with a single thing during that time. I highly recommend this Quality Inn.

The beds were comfortable but the bathroom could have used a good cleaning (mould/mildew) around the tub. The hair dryer didn't work and coming down the hall to the room the hall just reeked of cigarette smoke. Disappointed in the "hot buffet" diy waffles, the coffee was cold and the floor was dirty. Even for the senior rate, I don't think I would stay there again.

My husband booked this hotel online - he stays there often due to business, so he should have got the corporate rate. The price he paid - $126.00 was much more than he was quoted ($90.00). The desk clerk was indifferent ("I'm so sorry to hear that."), bordering on rude. The "hot breakfast" was horrible - green bananas, stale cereal, and eggs which probably came out of an expired carton! Not worth the money. The only good thing was that the room was clean!

Have stayed here a number of times over the years. The staff are very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to the bridge to America and downtown Sarnia. The breakfast is in the restaurant and was very good. Well done Quality Inn.

I was there and discovered the toilet wasn't working. They couldn't fix it for the night and offered us to use the public toilet in the lobby! Imagine 3am in your pj's heading to the lobby to use the bathroom. The staff was not sympathetic and boarded on rude. The manager who was not available all weekend and didn't even reach out on Monday. I had to call her. Totally unacceptable!

This one star is for the unfortunate desk clerk.
Hair, dirt, crumbs, stains, scum. The only words to describe the 3 rooms he tried to accommodate us. He took photos to show his manager. We booked days ahead. Parking lot was empty on a Saturday afternoon. No wonder

The room was clean, spacious and tastefully furnished with traditional dark cherry furniture. Desk, armoire/television, round table, two upholstered wing-back chairs with foot-stool. The king-size bed had the best mattress we have ever slept upon (most unusual).

Bathroom adequate size, modern, extremely clean (no mildew).

Restaurant (which we tried for breakfast only) was clean and pleasant, uncrowded, courteous and efficient service, acceptable food.

Room was very quiet but had no view (just an alley). Parking space sufficient but lot is small and very crowded. Location in-town, easy access directly across the street from highway exit ramp, near gasoline station.

We will return again this year.
