Detailed Reviews
The view is simply amazing, especially from the 3 bed penthouse that is well worth spending the extra money on.
The apartment was large, well furnished with modern furniture and had a great TV with Netflix plus a Bose speaker.
The apartments all face north and do not get much / any sun which during summer is a blessing but during cooler spring and autumn months may be an issue. This also impact the pool which also faces north and even in July was noticeably cooler than the sea.
What is great is that guests of Korcula Hills can use the beach club La Banya for free (sun beds would cost €25 per day each but are free if you stay in Korcula Hills).
The food and drinks at La Banya are nice and reasonably priced and the waiters work tirelessly. It also has live music most days and as a residual a popular spot that is well worth visiting.
A word of warning, it’s called Korcula Hills for a reason and if you have mobility issues then getting up to the apartment is going to be an issue as it’s up a pretty steep hill / steps from La Banya / beach.
A nice touch was Korcula Hill arrange a free pick up and drop off service from the ferry via an eclectic golf buggies. You can also book these for circa 100 Kuna to take you to and from Korcula Hills.
There is a supermarket about 600 yards away which is ok but it’s probably best to use the Hypermarket in Korcula for larger shops.
Overall the views from the penthouse was truly amazing and this made it a 5* review. It would be good if the reception staff cheer up a bit as they did not offer the best initial impression although we’re efficient but not friendly.
We would 100% visit again and for longer next time.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Korcula Hill. It is a bit away from the city but they have a shuttle that will be available to you. Also I arranged pickup and drop off from the ferry port.
The apartment was very modern & spacious and extremely clean. It also had a great of the city below especially at night. The kitchen has everything you need including a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There were two bedrooms - one queen bed and two twin beds pushed together along with 2 full bathrooms & 1 half by the front door. On top of this, there are automated window systems to block out sun and provide privacy.
I did stay in the Oleander building near registration office. My only complaint during my whole stay was the creepy parking garage where you take the elevator. There is motion sensors but it was a little creepy when I came back from dinner at night.
Highly recommended Korcula Hill!

Beautiful apartment with everything you may need during your stay, including dishwasher, washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine…if you need anything, just ask and they will make sure you get it. You will have initial products for kitchen and bathroom use, even laundry and dishwasher detergent, but you will need to do some shopping if you plan to stay longer than few days. La Banya beach is a few minutes walk and you will have access to their sunbeds, the restaurant offers a variety of usual dishes, and you can have breakfast there too. Will come back! We had an amazing time there, and we also used their boat to get to Korcula city (60 € return trip), and did a lot of sightseeing with our car. Korcula has loads of nice beaches, restaurants and vineries…

We stayed at Korcula Hill this past week as a group of girls in a two bedroom apartment. We were welcomed warmly with a buggy ride to reception. To our surprise, we were actually placed in the apartments right next to sea and a 4 minute walk to La Banya. I can’t explain how PERFECT this was for us and how beautiful it was being just at the waters edge. You can see the view in my pictures attached - stunning!
The apartment was lovely and felt luxurious. Beds were so comfy and all of it was very clean. We had a great big balcony and the added touch of some refreshments for us was lovely too.
The location was fabulous because we could wander round to La Banya very easily where the beach was beautiful and it had great big sunbeds. We found the La Banya service and food to be below average unfortunately so we ate more at Tara’s Hotel round the corner.
Whenever we needed to go anywhere we just whatsapped the buggy man and he would be there in 20 minutes to take us! Such an easy and relatable service. We really had the best stay ever. Thank you to all at Korcula Hill!!

This hotel/apartment complex is quite new and from afar looks great. But there were several issues that we felt could be improved. We arrived by a complimentary van. The apartment was clean but one shower head was in 2 pieces and although could be fixed, kept falling off. There was supposed to be a welcome basket of some necessities-coffee tea etc . There was a coffee maker but no coffee or filters and for 4 people staying 3 nights only 3 packages of 3 in 1 instant coffee packages. We were unable to take 4 hot showers in a row as the hot water ran out. We used a toaster one day and a fuse blew. There should have been enough soap and shampoo for 4 people for 3 nights but sadly barely enough for 1 day. There was only 1 hanger in the closet. Finally, we left in the pouring rain and they sent a golf cart(open on the sides and back) to pick us up . Seats were wet and our bags got wet as we slowly made our way to the ferry terminal. Someone should have had the sense to send a closed van in that kind of weather( there were 6 guests). Thje redeeming feature was a nice beach across the street and reasonably good restaurant at the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Korcula Hill! Our apartment was in the Blue Bay building, number 6 - it was the penthouse (top level) with a full length balcony facing the bay and the Adriatic. Our front desk person, Marina, was very knowledgeable and helpful, providing great communication prior to arrival and during our stay. She arranged pickup and drop off for us in a private car and it was covered in the room cost. She also arranged transport for us to and from the old city for 13 euro each way. Our lodging was a full service apartment with kitchen, living room, television, great Internet, and two bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The beach is right in front of the unit, and there is a beach bar/restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away. This was an excellent stay!

I didn't stay at Korčula Hill, but had a fabulous day at the beach bar located a short walk from the apartments. The sun longers are very comfortable and wide and set up in 2's which is great for couples but can be moved to distance. The beach itself is nice, but still quite a few larger rocks compared to other beaches. The swing in the water is the highlight. Lucky not too many people so photo ops were possible. Lunch was excellent. The service was very professional, which was plesantly surprising given the beach bar atmosphere. Definitely worth the day out.

Every part of our stay here was absolutely wonderful. From the friendly and incredibly helpful staff to the clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms and the delicious food and charming beach. We would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. The rooms have beach towels and snacks ready and waiting for your arrival. Dishwasher, in-room laundry, full-kitchen, blow dryer and a patio with a view that will take your breath away.

We didn't stay at Korcula hill but we visited the restaurant twice as we were staying nearby. On both occasions the food was amazing, the fish is really good, and the staff are very professional. Renata have us great recommendations of what to order. The decor is really nicely done. On our second visit a sudden thunderstorm came and the staff were so kind and helpful. We had already ordered and planned to sit outside for our meal and the indoor restaurant was completely full but the waiter whose name we didn't get unfortunately set up an area in their bar with the staff for us to still have a romantic meal and watch the storm. He really went out of his way. We will definitely visit here again.
