An absolutely brilliant modern property with history comprising 3 apartments, all with sea views. Our host, Tea, was wonderful and offered several suggestions regarding local restaurants and visiting the island of Korcula. We had and apartment on the lower level, immediately above the swimming pool. The terrace is large and private (to the apartment) with outdoor furniture provided. The approach to the entrance of Villa Tea is via a short flight of steps which meanders through beautifully maintained gardens. As for the breakfast - absolutely wonderful. You can more or less have what you want. You will not leave the breakfast table hungry. Off road parking is available. We found the best Wi-Fi signal on the terrace. Please note that payment for this property is cash or bank transfer only.

What a beautiful, well situated accommodation. So peaceful, the host was fantastic and we had a fabulous holiday. Our apartment was a good size and the balcony allowed us the best uninterrupted views of the sea. A generous breakfast was provided ( croissant, cooked breakfast , bread, meats, fruit and yogurt ). We weren’t able to finish it all at breakfast and Tea allowed us to take it to the apartment for our lunch . Nothing was too much trouble, Tea gave us lots of information and tips for our time in Korcula. She also ensured our TV was programmed so that we could watch the football final! Across the road were steps providing easy access into the sea, the swimming was amazing but it’s much easier if you have rock shoes . The scenic walk into the Old Town took 15 - 20 mins and we got a taxi back a few times . We would definitely come back !

We stayed at Villa Tea for 3 nights in early June on our tour of the Croatian islands and had a fabulous time here Tea is a wonderful hostess very welcoming and helpful with good tips on where to go, and breakfasts are spot on. The villas have everything you need and are well situated with breathtaking views, only 15 to 20 mins walk into Korcula old town so a good opportunity to walk off your meal on you way home in the evening. Korcula is a lovely town with loads of character and plenty of restaurants. We had a great day getting the water taxi from Korcula port to Lombarda where we went to Bilin Zal beach, the water taxi calls off at 3 island where if you buy a hop on/off ticket you can visit, we didn’t as we just wanted to hit the beach, but got to see them from the water anyway which was a bonus, but probably would have gone back to do the on/off if we’d had more time. The only downside was leaving, would love to go back one day.

Villa Tea is a wonderful property with fabulous views. Tea was a fantastic host - welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to see and do. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and had a large terrace where we spent many relaxing hours. The pool is an added bonus. Breakfast was amazing - pastries, cheeses, hams followed by a cooked option and then fresh fruit and yoghurt. The walk into town is about 20 minutes which can be a bit tiring in the heat so we did return by taxi on occasions! There are steps up to the apartments which could be an issue if you had mobility problems but the walk up through Tea's beautiful gardens was worth it. Everything was of such a high standard. We had a lovely time we would love to return. Thank you Tea and to your staff for a wonderful stay.

We stayed in 7 different locations in 20 days and Vila Tea was our favorite! We loved our small room with extra large terrace where we spent most our time. Comfy bed and awesome shower. Tons of hangers, plug ins and coffee maker. A little too cool for the pool but it looked amazing. The views were just wow. We loved sitting on the terrace watching the boats go by. We were also gifted with a nice bottle of local wine and chocolates. Parking for a car if you wish to explore the island but a pleasant walk to old town for many choices of wonderful restaurants. Tea served us a delicious huge 3 coarse breakfast every morningoutside on her terrace. Gardens were beautiful as well. We just loved our stay and hated to leave. Hope to visit beautiful KorÄŤula again and wiÄş definitely stay with Tea again

We loved our stay at Vila Tea. The owner, Tea, is absolutely lovely and attentive. She attended our every need and provided gluten-free breads for my wife to savor at breakfast. The Vila’s about a twenty minute walk from Korcula city. We walked to and from twice for dinner. The apartment was spacious and had everything necessary for our two night stay. Parking was available on site. We liked Croatia, Korcula and Vila Tea so much that we’ve booked tickets and made reservations to return in October!

What a marvelous spot! Tea, the owner, has a beautiful villa on the water and is an excellent hostess. We appreciated the space in the villa, the wonderful breakfast, the parking, the swimming pool, and the incredible views. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this gorgeous villa for 2 nights. We apartments were lovely and had a spacious balcony looking over the sea. The host couldn't do enough for us and provided an excellent breakfast. It was about 15 minutes to walk into historic Korcula which had lovely shops and restaurants. We would love to return.

I can only echo what all the other reviews say. Tea is a wonderful host, breakfast fantastic and the views from the apartment, pool and terrace are just stunning. We had a fabulous stay in Korcula and Vila Tea was unique in comparison to the other properties we saw. Stay here and you won't regret it! We are hoping to return next year.

Vila Tea was such a wonderful experience we are going back. Tea and her colleagues gave us a luxury stay in Korcula. It was the best relaxing stay we enjoyed on our recent visit to Croatia.
