Very friendly and helpful, lovely traditional farmhouse. Close to the local pub which had good friendly atmosphere and food. Not far to get to the show ground in Builth Wells, easy to find just off the main road.

Linda was helpful even before we arrived, directing us to the property as we had walked from the other side of the village. The rooms had a homely feel and breakfast was more than sufficient. Having one dining table meant all the guests could eat...More

I returned for a third visit and once again really enjoyed Linda's hospitality - comfortable and well-fed with a largely "home-grown" breakfast that set us up for a day's walking. (A source of some interesting gardening ideas.)

Excellent hospitality from the owner, with a really scumptious breakfast. The location was perfect as we were visiting a Radnorshire Wildlife Trust not far from the river. Would recommend to friends and family who wish to visit the area.
