Had the best two night stay at Wilson's. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have wanted and it was clean, neat and tidy. Close to the rail trail for a walk if you didn't bring a bike. The host, Andrea, was great and checked in to make sure everything was perfect and re-stock breakfast supplies. Highly recommend...

We stayed at Wilsons with a group of friends for a local wedding. You couldn't ask for better hospitality! We had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Our host checked in and made sure we were okay. Highly recommend!!

We loved staying at Tiger Hill Lodge. It was our first night at the Otago Rail Trail, and we has no idea what to expect. We were pleased to find out that the lodge was located literally next to the Trail, we pretty much drove straight into it, as we reached Omakau. The owners were great and very welcoming. The...

Right off the rail trail with stunning views of the Dunstan ranges, you couldn't ask for more really! Lodge has everything you could want and need - plus some great extras like the hot tub! And the hosts are just awesome! Thanks for a wonderful visit.

This was our second night on the Otago Rail Trail and our favourite place to stay. It had been booked by our Australian travel agent through Trail Journeys and we were absolutely thrilled with it. The location, the house, the provisions, the hot tub, the owner dropping by - just everything was great!

Straight off the trail and in the front door. Cold beer and wine in the fridge and a spa pool ready to go. Room to secure the bikes, nice big house all to ourselves with a chance to giggle at and encourage other trail riders as they scooted by. Nice place to stay.

Loved the accommodation here. So relaxing after our first day on the Trail. Warm and friendly atmosphere, a luxury to stay here. Nice hot showers. Comfy beds. A treat and time to relax. Surrounding lawns and gardens so peaceful to relax in.

Stayed here with my son while doing the rail trail. Very nice modern building. Warm and clean. Rooms share common kitchen and lounge, giving a chance to swap trail stories. Made use of laundry room. Kitchen had everything needed, including cold beers and wine. New spa. Great views.

Our first night on the bike trail from Clyde and a nice introduction to the sort of accommodations you can get. A modern room with large bathroom (handicap rated). A large lounge and eating area and a complete kitchen. Nice fruit and cereals with yoghurt for breakfast.

Would highly recommend this purpose built lodge. The spa was great after our first day on the trail. Then to relax in the living room which opens out to a great outdoor area. Extremely comfortable beds - a wonderful experience.
