I was in this hotel with my colleagues for a school exchange. The hotel is comfortable and well designed. I suggest the hotel in case you don't find any place to stay in San Sebastián (or if you want to save some money): there are trains to San Sebastián every half an hour.

Great hotel on a not so good location near to the motorway. Good cafeteria and also have a buffet that didn’t try though. Everything was very clean, new and with a modern style. The beds were comfortable but not great. The staff was very nice. Private parking available. 24 hour reception

Best personnel ever!!! They where so helpfull and nice. Overall a very good place to stay especially for a hotel besides the road and for this price range. Bed where good, hotel was clean and they serve easy but good food. I have nothing negative to say!!!

This hotel was not good value for money. The noisy room stopped us from a good night sleep the whole week! Management took no responsibility to acknowledge this and just saying ‘sorry’ after this review is not acceptable. Situated on an Industrial estate expect to have a poor nights sleep with all the noise from over the road and the motorway traffic. Staff were not empathetic at all and offered no solutions at all other than to just grin and bear it. Basic amenities such as kettle or slippers are not available in the room. Rooms are basic, only stay here if you have no other viable option.

Our room was large and clean. It had a terrace with views of the industrial estate and mountains. The bed, despite being extra large, was a bit uncomfortable. When you shower, the bathroom gets a little waterlogged, and the floor never ends up drying. You can tell that it is a hotel with a lot of traffic since the floor of the room was a little that way

We recently visited this hotel as a group of 14 adults and 3 children as part of the Donosti Cup. The Hotel on first review was lovely, very modern and clean. Rooms are immaculate and well kept with all the mod cons in a very contemporary style.
The big let down were the Staff!! As a large group the bar / restaurant were busy as the hotel was well out of the way and very inconvenient to travel into town. This we felt was taken advantage of by the staff knowing that we were a captive audience.
The first night they were very welcoming and towards the end of the night the bar had sold out of San Miguel and the staff were very happy with the amount of money spent. This I feel would have ensured that for the rest of the trip we would be welcomed with open arms - NO!!! The next night the prices had increased AND every time one of our party went to the bar they were presented with different prices even though it was a computerised till!!!.
Next morning to our horror the "Bed and Breakfast" had turned into "Bed and 1 slice of bread, 1 coffee" NOT really breakfast as previously had cooked buffet breakfast. At this point one of our party told them that we would NOT be attending the bar that evening, at this point management stepped in and said that we would have full buffet breakfast again in the morning!
They kept their word, however next day it changed back!!!! This was crazy.
However the worst part of this whole visit, as in the subject, the light handed bar staff. When I visited the bar, I was presented with a price for a round of drinks that I paid, when I got my change it appeared to be short, only by a couple of euros but still when hundreds of euros are spent on a daily basis I would not expect this. It happened time and time again with others in the party. Bar staff skimming change!!
It was not just us, an American family came into the hotel and the bar staff skimmed 10 euros off his change, he got angry and got management involved!!
One other concern is level -1!!! What is this?? very strange goings on, people visiting very regularly, not staying! Not sure what they were running down there!

Dear Guest; Thank you for expressing your opinion about the Hotel K10. I'm glad you liked the facilities and decor but very sorry that your stay was not satisfactory as it should. I would like to apologize on behalf of itself and all the hotel team for any issues during your stay. Our usual offer accommodation for groups always includes Buffet breakfast. For Donosticup is a third agency who manages the accommodation of both, the participants in the event as attendants, and we consider that there has been no proper communication between the agency and you in regards to the package that had been hired: breakfast buffet or continental breakfast that are the two options offered by the hotel. However, taking into account the experience for next year for the Donosticup all groups staying at the Hotel K10 will have breakfast buffet included. Furthermore, and after meeting with the cafeteria staff to discuss your opinion, we concluded that all was due to a chain of misunderstandings concerning the different sizes of beer served in our cafeteria. Anyway we have communicated cafeteria staff to adequately disclose to customers the features and the price of drinks they request. Finally, in regard to the plant -1, indicate that here is the hotel's restaurant with its relaxation area and adjacent toilets and may be people you saw were restaurant customers. I would like to say goodbye inviting you to the hotel on your next visit to San Sebastian either the Donosticup or for other reasons, it would be a pleasure to have you with us.

This is a brilliant hotel with good public transport connections into San Sebastian.
Modern with very good amenities everything you could ask for. The restaurant was very nice too - we had fantastic weather and was able to enjoy the barbecue and outside area for eating.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for those wishing to explore San Sebastian who would wish to stay in a fantastic hotel but not pay San Sebastian prices.
Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

we wanted to spend time in the area...San Sebastian, Zarautz, Bilbao, Honorabilla and Hotel K10 was the only suitable accomodation. To be honest , we arrived in our rental car, with a level of trepidation and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were lovely, car parking not a problem and the room was great. The location is brilliant ...BUT...programme the GPS to avoid the needless toll roads for short trips!

My wife and I were on a 5 week trip around central, eastern and northern Spain. When visiting bigger..or pricier...cities we like to stay a bit out of town in a 4 star place which is inexpensive and yet has great accessibility to its main city. The Hotel K10 in rural Urnieta is perfect: only 12 mins by train from San Sebastian (and a 10 min, delightful walk through nice country and a bit of the town to get to the station), plus regular and cheap train service. Very comfortable and close to half the price of staying in town, plus great cafeteria and outdoor seating. Highly recommended, and no car needed, but free parking and close proximity to motorways if you have one.

Por Urnieta (pueblo en el que está el hotel) pasan con frecuencia, diría que diez o quince minutos, autobuses que te llevarán a San Sebastián. Como yo llevaba coche, la verdad es que no me fijé en dónde paraban, pero pienso que no lejos del hotel. Y tampoco sé cuál era el precio, siento no poder serte de mucha ayuda. En Recepción informan muy amablemente de todo lo que uno necesite preguntar. Y si llegas en autobús a San Sebastián, siempre encontrarás a alguien que te ayude. Los donostiarras me sorprendieron muy agradablemente...

El traslado en taxi desde el Hotel K10 al centro de San Sebastián, cuesta 20,00€ ida y otros 20,00 € la vuelta. No obstante también existe la posibilidad de ir al centro de San Sebastian tanto en autobús público como en tren cercanías.
