The resort is right across the road from a gorgeous bay and within a few minutes walk of restaurants and the country club. However the room was a little run down with a shower that wouldn't stay upright and a hard bed . I'd stay again for the location.

We just wanted to get away for a few days! Shoal Bay itself is a beautiful location right on the water. You can walk freely around its a very relaxed sort of place. The Resort is good but there are some maintenance issues! The adult only indoor Spa, Sauna & pool, the 3 spas were cold! Sauna is broken! The...

The checkin at the front desk was easy and fast. Staff were excellent. Loved the room with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach is right across the road and the Ramada is in the best position. Several shops right next door and a hotel just up the road.

Shoal Bay is a beautiful place to spend time with family. It's scenic and there's plenty to see and do. We'll definitely go there again, but we'll stay somewhere else next time. We booked a two-bedroom apartment for our son and his young family and a one bedroom apartment for ourselves. They were on the 1st floor in the Whitesands...

We stayed 4 nights. Coffee, shampoo, soap etc not replenished. When I rang reception they at first said they would fix, but they did not and when I rang again they said I would have to come to reception to pick up. Room cleaning was poor; grubby marks on walls. Room bins not emptied. Full cleaning promised for the third...

Could not fault the Hotel location and our stay enjoyed both restaurants we used each day for breakfast dinner and the pool spar area after just walking across the road to the beach . No need to say anymore every thing enjoyable.

We recently stayed at the Ramada Shoal Bay Resort & Spa. We were joined by my mother and one of my sisters and her husband. Lots of wine, beer cheese and chocolate was had... We had a double Seaview room. Yes, we could see the sea, however, the utilitarian roof tops were very much in the foreground. The room was...

The rooms were very clean the location across from a Sandy Beach is superb. However there's no lying in bed waking up to a view of the beach as the Bed Room is at the Back of the room with no Windows. If you hate smokers call the reception desk immediately fi you detect those inconsiderate types out to devalue...

Our room overlooked the beach and was beautifully appointed with modern furnishings and a very convenient kitchenette complete with oven and dishwasher. Our room was very clean and staff were quick to make up our room and replace towels each morning.
