We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times over the years but sadly never again.

Not sure what your question is, but we took a UK couple to Blinman as part of an outback experience. It is unique, as is the town which doesn't have much to it. If you get there in time there is a tour of the old copper mine, and there are some good drives in the adjacent gorges - best if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The hotel proprietor looked after us well - we were there for Pitza night (the only meal choice) and they left a very good serve yourself breakfast for us the next morning as we were leaving early. Hope that helps.
