Affable barman, enthusiastic cook. Unfortunately the burgers we had could be put to better use in repairing the soles of your shoes! There is a culture of loud music and disruptive "young" people. There are better pubs nearby.

We were sorry we only had two nights to stay at Trewern Arms. Set in a tiny village it looks like a coach house from a gothic novel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The food was very good....More

Excellent value for money. Spacious room. Room decor and bathroom quite dated but clean and tidy. Pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities available.
