This place is located in the best side of town overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The beds are the most comfortable beds I had slept in during my entire stay in Trinidad and Tobago. The only two issues were that the place is outrageously overpriced and not good value. The nasty nasty attitude of the Indian woman who I believe was...

Firstly it costs 60USD one way from the airport to get here which takes about an hour 15minutes. The receptionist that "greeted" us never once smiled and said of course there is wifi although there wasn't. For 550 TT a night, this place could offer a lot more. The beach is alright; good access to the local Bake & Shark...

Please BEWARE MY FRIENDS, DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM !!!!!!! Permit me to share my story so that this would not happen to you. I was staying at the above hotel to attend a nearby party, and the biggest mistake that I ever made was to carry along my expensive electronic device. On the evening of my arrival, I did...

A Room was booked at this Maracas Hotel since we were attending a Fete in the area.On leaving the Hotel one of my friends discovered that his new Prada shoes that he bought for US$400.00 was missing.A report to the Manager on duty advised that we should have reported that the Room door was not locking properly. . Location is great, but expect rough seas from November to April. The hotel was almost empty, and still we have been charged the maximum fare. Rooms are not that new, but they are clean. We were told breakfast is included, but eventually had to pay for it. Much better can be found for half the price.

At my dream hotel, you can lie in bed & hear the waves crashing on the beach. Maracas Bay Hotel fits the bill. Every room has a private balcony & there's a small screened window that lets in the soothing sound of waves crashing. The beds were firm and comfortable, the AC unit was new. The only item I would...

Since it is pretty much the only game in town I can understand how they get away charging so much. However, the staff was rude and acted as if they would prefer we were not there. The room was adequate, but poorly maintained. The included breakfast was bacon, eggs, toast, coffee or tea. If you wanted juice it was extra....

After spending the day at Maracas bay we decided to spend 2 more days. We booked in at Maracas Bay Resort and the expereince was very good. We walked to the beach and felt safe. The breakfast was great and the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.. I will go back there anytime.

My husband and I went up to maracas bay, late one afternoon and due to the long commute back we decided to stay the night. It was nothing to be excited about, just a simple place to stay the night, the staff at reception was still a bit rude, but she walked us to our room. The room was ok,...

I was hesitant of booking this hotel, due to some of the earlier reviews. However this is a very affordable, but simple hotel in a wonderful location. We were the only ones there for a couple of nights so the staff catered individually for our needs. The rooms were very basic but clean, light and airy (with ac) had a...
