Me and my wife got a room at the economy inn in North randall ohio on February 6, 2023 when we returned from Arby's I sat at the corner of the bed while my wife sat in the chair they had. After about 20 min my wife noticed something crawling on the bed and immediately screamed for me to get up. That's when I noticed a BED BUG on the mattress. She immediately took pics and went to the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very prejudice and refused to return our money or switch our room. She was very unprofessional and rude. Then told me she would no longer talk to me because my wife name was on the room and not mine. She also stated that she was not going to contact management because it was late and their "sleep". My wife was freaking out all night and we didn't even sleep. If we had somewhere else to go that we could afford we would have but she refused to give us a refund which was our last bit of money. Also the electric wall cover plates are coming out the wall the lights flicker on and off, there was hair from previous guest every where in the bathroom including in the towels. This is THE WORST place I have ever stepped foot in. I did not have high expectations, but just needed a clean room and safe place to sleep. I did not expect a crime scene. No protectors on the mattresses, they were COVERED in filth, mold, stains, and blood. I only WISH I was exaggerating. NOTHING had been wiped down or washed. Even the towels were stained. The toilet was missing half the lid, the ceiling was about to cave in from what looked like water pooling in the drywall. The MOLD everywhere... plus the building smelled so foul of marijuana and cigarettes. The air conditioner was so filthy and packed with grime I doubt it even worked.
