We have stayed before after shopping at Bicester Village Outlet as we had done on this occasion. We stayed in room 6 which was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large with bath and shower. Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty, mushroom fricassee followed by homemade steak and kidney pie. Together with a nice bottle...

I stayed at the Dashwood this week for the first time. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. However, my main reason for going back to The Dashwood in the future is the excellent food. Myself and 5 colleagues ate in the hotel restaurant and each one of us had a superb meal. The breakfast...

Myself and my wife staied at Dashwood hotel, for four days, last week due to a business travel in Oxford. Our room was clean and spacious, also the bathroom. We feel that the hotel was not so full; one day we returned in our room around 4 p.m. but the staff still had to finish the cleaning. We had dinner...

We spent there several days in November with my husband. Very nice place. Our room was in separate building and it was more like livivng in a country house than in a hotel. Both bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Very good breakfasts. Friendly staff. I'll definitely recomend The Dashwood to my friends

This little gem is perfect for a cosy break away. It was great value for money as was a laterooms deal. We stayed in Room 8 which was in a separate building to the bar/restaraunt. This was perfect from a privacy point of view. The meals were fantastic both nights. Lovely little village and very conveniently located for Bicester Village...

I'm in two minds about The Dashwood - in some ways it's great, in others it's painfully lacking. Bedrooms are lovely - spacious, well appointed and comfortable, but far too expensive for the area and overall offering. The bar is tiny and full to the rafters will locals wanting a pint, leaving no space for guests. Food is good, but...

I stayed with my husband for one night whilst visiting family nearby. A truly wonderful hotel set in a beautiful village near Bicester. Scott the General Manager was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We booked an Executive room which was very spacious, very clean and modern. The decor was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The bar...

We (me and hubby) stopped for one night - having visited Blenheim Palace. Service was very good. Room was nice, clean and comfortable with all bits you would need like: kettle, telly etc. My husband was bale to have vegetarian breakfast which was nice and pleasant especially that breakfast menu does not specifically mention veggie option. We wanted to stay...

My husband and I stayed overnight visiting Blenheim Palace. The room was not large but was spotless, comfortable (very comfy bed), good shower room and nice additional items such as iron, hairdryer. We had a delicious dinner in the attractive dining room and again, breakfast in the morning. Be warned! The full breakfast is not like some places where you...
