Myself and various members of my family (7 of us in total) descended on David and Carol for 4 nights as we walked the Glyndwr Way. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our delicious breakfasts to start the day and equally delicious evening meals after an enjoyable but tiring days walking. The rooms were perfect and...

Located in a small and peaceful village the guest house is amazing with fantastic views from their patio and sun lounge over their own lake, the fields of the adjacent farm and the mountains and hills towards Lake Vyrnwy. Watching sheep and fish feeding has never been so peaceful. The facilities were superb, with our motorcycles locked away in the...

We have just returned from two days here, what a lovely house in a pretty little village, so quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. Our room was classed as the one with the scenic view, definitely the best of all of them, the view was spectacular, the lake and the fields and forest behind was absolutely gorgeous. The room...

Some friends of ours visited Dolanog Bed and Breakfast recently and were so enthusiastic about their stay that we just had to try it for ourselves. After a warm welcome from Dave and Carol, we were shown to our room which was spacious, clean and cosy. We had arrived in darkness and so I was certainly not expecting the fantastic...

A most enjoyable experience. Although David and Carol the hosts of this b n b had only taken it over roughly a few weeks before our stay and have lots of new plans it was a complete pleasure to stay. They make you feel that you are one of the family, nothing is too much trouble. It is beautifully decorated,...

Having stayed with Sue and John before we knew what to expect. Tranquil days with this lovely couple who share their home with you and so accommodating. Need somewhere to stay that is rural, but central for days out in North Wales? This is the place. You will not be disappointed. The view alone is worth the stay. How many...

Possibly the best B&B I have ever stayed at! Superb clean rooms and beds with clean contemporary decor. Fantastic layout with a seating area looking out across the Vyrnwy hills. Greeted With tea and a warm welcome. A dark sky area which meant some inspiring views of the night sky from the balcony. The breakfast was awesome with free range...
