This is better than any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean and a wonderful place for the family to rest after a day of travelling. When we arrived there was tea and cake waiting for us and we enjoyed this treat very much. The breakfast was superb too. Great place to stop as you drive through...

We have just had a lovely two night stay at Soar Cottage. Lovely, cosy and warm, perfect for a family. Has three bedrooms and sleeps five. Very generous and kind owner, with lots of extras in the cottage on arrival such as a bowl full of fruit, bowl of sweets, delicious chocolate cake and plenty of tea, coffee, juice, milk...

We stayed for 6 nights and were delighted with everything about the cottage. All the facilities are good. The fruit basket was most welcoming after a long day's drive. We love the free range eggs. The place is spotless with flowers in every room to welcome us. All in all we really like the cottage. Although the cottage is next...

We have two boys at Aber uni and we also have two little dogs that are getting on in years and need to be with us if we can arrange it. The only place I found in town had shockingly terrible reviews so I rang the tourist office and was SO lucky to call Lisa at Blue Grass Cottages first....

My son went to Aberystwyth University and we stayed at Lisa`s every October half term. The cottages were spotless and nothing was too much trouble. There was always a lovely plateful of cakes and a warm welcome when we arrived after our long journey from the south east. They were well equipped with everything you would need. My little girls looked...

It is always a pleasure to return, and stay at Bryn Glas Farm. Mrs Bumford always makes the visitor welcome, and, if on B&B, provides a splendid breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. The cottages are very comfortably furnished, and equipped for all your needs. When leaving, I always look forward to my next visit.

My wife and two kids headed up to Aberystwth to see our son who is in his second year at Aber. Taking two cottages gave us room for the dogs, the two youngest and then our eldest who soon swapped the "luxury" of his student digs to join us for the weekend. The cottages are easy to find And just...

I have stayed at Brynglas Farm cottages for nine years, and always look forward to the next visit. The attention to detail in the accomodation is excellent, comfortable, but homely. For self catering the cottages are very well equipped. For B&B folks, Mrs Bumford, (Lisa), provides an excellent breakfast, and is always on hand should her advice etc be needed....

My husband and I have stayed here before and have yet to find anywhere else that provides such a good deal. The accomodation consists of either one of two converted farm buildings or a three bedroomed cottage at the entrance to the small farm. Breakfast is delivered to your lounge/dining room at the time you request it. The meal is...
