This has to be the best one of the best B&B's I've ever stayed. Exceptionally warm welcome without being smarmy, bent over backwards to make the stay up the best it could be. Nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was more than adequate, hot drinks on tap as and when you want it. Great value for money, would definitely go...

We paid £49 for double room with en-suite and breakfast on a Sunday which is very good value for Cambridge. PROS: Very clean in room, en-suite and throughout the whole BnB. Comfy bed Pleasant lady on reception Good shower pressure Walkable to local Waitrose supermarket for supplies. Walkable to a great pub (Hudson) for a good value quality meal. CONS...

We're Plasterer's and didn't need The Ritz. But we do like a clean and comfy room , a warm welcome, and a nice breakfast....which is exactly what we got here . Rooms were warm, shower red hot, beds comfy. No frills, excellent value for money and a 24hr free coffee machine . If I'm back in the area , I...

I don't normally write reviews again however after reading a bad review I felt I must. First of all this place is definitely the best value for money and I have stayed in several places. Always spotlessly clean and warm, bright and comfortable. I stayed here just 3 days ago and it was perfect as before. Location is safe and...

You get what you pay for with this B&B. Decent location, car parking, comfortable bed, and a self service buffet style continental breakfast. En-suite bedroom although the bathroom was very small the shower was ok,and there was an alarm clock, hairdryer, and good TV.We paid £58 for the double room which for Cambridge is very cheap. Not luxury living but acceptable for...

If you like living on the dangerous side of life this B&B is for you! We arrived early evening, as this is England it goes dark by 4pm. We arrived in the dark, the B&B had very little lighting outside, and is difficult to spot. After finding the hotel and parking my 4x4 in the only space left in the...

A very clean and tidy B&B with very friendly and professional staff. Parking space. I have stayed in this B&B over 10 times. I have also stayed in other B&Bs in Cambridge and therefore have had a chance to compare the service and value for money. I have had to come back to Ayah Villa, they are simply the best...
