Lo Gnomo is situated in one of the most beautifully hidden havens of Abruzzo. Antonella is a most gracious host, making you feel like the most important guest; even took us to dinner with other guests on our first of three nights! Lovely place. Very atmospheric, in a quiet village where you can escape the chaos. Good access to the mountains, gret for walking. Drinks and snacks freely available. Only disadvantage was that there was no restaurant in the village, however only a 5 km drive to the next village.

Way up in the hills, with beautiful views to the sea, nestles this tiny village. Unfortunately it is not for the infirmed or disabled, because of the steep streets and stairways, but if you can manage that then there is a wealth of interest in the ups and downs and the tiny streets. We arrived on our motorbike and Gino...

What a great little place to stay, and nothing beats waking up to see your host Gino on hand to assist with coffee. The rooms were spacious and great, and it is something different
