Just got back from Nonsuch after a 10 day trip with the family and we loved it.
This is our second time back and everything was great. As we were travelling with two little boys, the kids club was everything that we could ask for...More
Lovely start to our holiday being met at the airport.
On arrival we had a rum punch at reception and were booked for dinner that evening .
Our suite was excellent although the bathroom could do with a freshen up but everything was clean.
Our stay at Nonsuch was terrific. Very welcoming from arrival to departure. Food, though limited to one restaurant, was very good, with a nightly change of menu and great breakfast and lunch choices. Drinks were plentiful and reasonable.
Normally we do not stay at all-inclusives,but...More
I stayed at nonsuch for a week and, wow, I was impressed. Let me preface this by saying that I am used to 5 star resorts twice this price, and honestly thought this place was just as good in most ways - especially the food....More
We have had practically magical lunches at this resort in years past. However about 18 months ago, the resort went from table-service to a buffet lunch. We tend to stay away from AI resort buffets, but we had been so fond of Nonsuch in the...More

I wouldn't hesitate. It's not the largest resort and as such there's just one restaurant and bar. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and lunch both with a good selection of western and carribean dishes. Dinner is al a carte 6 nights a week and a Caribbean buffet 1 night which is fantastic. The al a carte menu is changed every 2 days with a selection of 4 items per course. Drinks selection, there was a menu of about 10 cocktails, but you can have spirits/ mixer and I guess if you knew a cocktail recipe they'd make it for you no charge. There's a decent selection of wines I think 2 types or white, red (Not sure how many types), rose and sparkling. Tried a sauvigion blanc which was great.
The only additional charge we had was some items we purchased from the shop beyond that every drink meal and activity was covered. Although to note there is 40 knots that provides scuba diving which isn't included but this is a separate hut to the resort's water sports and made very clear.
All in all yeah this is a proper AI but in the end I was more impressed with the friendly and helpful nature of all the staff. By the end you'll feel like family.
