NIce hotel, friendly staff and excellent facilities for disabled guests but the hotel restaurant didn't have much for vegetarians or vegans and my partner was offered fish, eggs and soup with creme, showing there is not a good understanding of vegenism. His "vegetable pasta" contained just tomatoes. The website advertised a vegetarian menu which left him disappointed as the options...

Friendly welcome and helpful staff. The room was smallish but the bed was very big so that probably made it feel more so. Nice comfy bed, extra towels and pillows available in room. Lovely view over a small park. Good parking. Breakfast was good, with some local produce.

Hotel was generally nice and clean, free parking facilities and family room was spacious and served its purpose. Only negatives were the lack of restaurants or shops in the area (hotel restaurant was closed) and the extremely rude staff at the hotel!

what a find. We enjoyed a really comfortable night here and found it friendly, well located and well equipped. Accessing the adjacent car park was a bit of an adventure, but once we were unloaded everything was fine. The rooms are really nice, the shower rooms great. Just over the road is a tram stop, with a twenty minute ride...

Just stayed here on business visiting one of our warehouse locations in Tours. Our French office has a deal set up for this hotel so I went with it. Not my typical level of hotel but it was clean and the bed was comfortable with an adequate shower. The meal was exceptional when you consider the hotel but that's France....

Great - the restaurant and friendliness of the staff is very positive. Fast service in the restaurant and the food is good considering the standard. Prices are low even for the standard. Regular - location is not very exciting. Quite some distance to Tours. Not so great - Rooms are tiny and you have to pay attention not to get...

We stayed here a couple of years ago as a stopover on the way to Southwest France. The surroundings are somewhat run down, the rooms and food were merely OK, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, and had very serviceable English. We repeated the trip this year and were very pleasantly surprised by the changes that have occurred...

I'm from Florida and Travel often. A global customer sent me to their Tours, France location for 2 nights. Hotel was $117 Euros a night food inlcluded. Customer's local contact recommended this hotel, but I found afterwards it's part of group of botique hotels all independently owned and he was earning points staying here. Overall I found the room fine,...

Weird entrance - they must be waiting to refurb the foyer as you walk in to the dining room and there's a bod sat behind a desk just to your left... However, the rooms - at about 55 eur per night - were fine. Not palatial but nicely fitted out, good shower, efficient d.glazing, heating and a/c. Comfy bed but...

Despite being a little concerned on arrival to fine the reception under refurbishment and the car park being part of a housing estate, we needn't have worried. The staff were very welcoming and efficient and the room was brilliant having just been refurbished. Very comfortable and despite being on a main road, very quiet. A good meal in the evening...
