Simply brilliant. Last visited 20 years ago, it has changed so much. A thoroughly modern and chic reception area, we were whisked away to the private and relaxing lounges (4 to choose from) for a personalised check in. Made to feel special from the very moment of arrival. Rooms vast, bathrooms huge, walk in wardrobe, lounge area - really superb....

We enjoyed the interior design of the hotel. The service is as friendly as one can expect from the french but it is professional. One thing missing in rooms are coffee/tea facilities which was really missed! However on arrival we got a half bottle of Champagne and a little sweet treat from the chef which was a nice touch. We...

After staying the previous night at the Maison Pic hotel my wife and I decided to stay at the L'Assiette Champenoise the night before returning to England. What a mistake. I booked their suite with balcony for 620 Euro and it was a big disappointment. The balcony was so dirty, full of leaves and cigarette ends that we couldn't use...

This much overly-priced property is on the seedy side of Reims and far from the popular tourist spots such as the Cathedral. The room was small with few amenities, especially an in-room coffee and tea service. None is provided because it is expected that one is to pay 33 euros/person for a less than standard breakfast. The dinner menu was...

Excellent food and fantastic visual ~ We had a great time with restaurant atmosphere and saying hello from chef. We didn't take a time for lunch because we were rush on the way from Germany to paris. I absolutely will visit again and enjoy food~

We were coming back from U.k. and we spent the night in this Relais & Chateaux which is very nice outside and very comfortable inside. We had a nice room, very silent, with a great window on the backyard, we had a splendid welcome in the room with a small bottle of champagne and home-made delicious macarons, We could not...

When we arrived the porter immediately came out to help and in the foyer we were given refreshment towels(it was very hot). This was a nice touch and a sign of the brilliant service we received during our stay. This hotel is very modern in style but is done with great taste. The standard double room our daughters shared was...

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel to celebrate our 5th Wedding Aniversary. The rooms are really charming and comfortable and we were received with a delicious dessert and a glass of champagne. The decor was beautiful and sophisticated all around the hotel. We had a very good breakfast and a celebrating dinner in the 3-star...

We stayed at this hotel as a couple for two nights to visit the champagne region. The hotel is a bit in a weird place, very close to Reims but just not in an area you would expect. Having said that as soon as you drive onto the property you kinda forget the surrounding, the property is beautiful. We were...

the hotel itself was lovely and the gardens were great for the kids to run around and have some fun outside but the positioning of the hotel is a little disappointing. Whilst driving round the area we hoped we had the wrong place as its a little unkept and not quite in town (don't get me wrong its not very...
